Osamu thought he would once again find himself in his sprawling inner world once he went into Jinzen, but some divine intervention felt otherwise. He found himself in the corner of some sort of arena, complete with scoreboard and some announcers that prattled on in the background. Not that he could bring himself to care, what really scared him was the fact that his Zanpakuto would be furious with him. If he'd learned one thing over the years, it would be to never skip out on afternoon tea.
After he got his bearings, he figured he would probably be fighting someone given the current setting and the way the casters continued to speak. Something about a man named Yami, but he just shrugged. While he wasn't much of a fighter, he was a captain for a reason, and he patiently awaited the arrival of his opponent.
