Age: 26 Gender: Male Personality: Gaspard is an expert tactician and always thinks logically, never letting his emotions cloud his judgement. He is great at compartmentalization and distancing himself from his emotions so that he can operate cooly and effectively even in the heat of battle. Gaspard enjoys following orders and when a plan comes together, and vehemently dislikes spicy foods, the color yellow, and surprises. He treats everyone equally regardless of their rank or status, preferring to pretend that all are above him in social situations and below him during combat, insofar as their own safety. He would never hesitate to throw himself on a knife to save a fellow comrade, regardless of how well he knew the fella. Gaspard also enjoys music, and operates in much the same way; his mood can be determined (by those who know him well enough) simply by how he walks, and his current playlist of music is often a window to his mind, switching as often as he switches tasks or plans. He's quick witted, light on his feet, and not afraid of danger which makes him a class clown sort who enjoys making other people laugh even at his own detriment, up to and including self harm. Ability Name: Visual Understanding Ability Description: Gaspard possesses a keen understanding of spatial relativity, and does not have to guess how far apart things are. He has a perfect representation of his physical space in his head at all times, and knows exactly how far apart anything is, allowing him to use the environment to his advantage at all times and avoid danger. This map in his head is updated in real time and takes no effort from Gaspard himself. ZANPAKUTO Sealed Appearance: A Black Katana with a Silver Blade.Zanpakutou Name: Getsuga [Moon Fang] Call Out Command: Pierce the Heavens, Getsuga SHIKAI Appearance: A half-moon Crescent on a chain attached to his right wrist, Getsuga is a blade unlike most others and is most easily described with a picture.Ability Name: Grow & Retract Ability Description: The Chain between Getsuga and Gaspard is also part of the Zanpakutou, and is capable of extending up to 25 meters away from Gaspard before running out of chain. Gaspard is capable of controlling the length of chain at will and does not need to maneuver his body in any special way to grow or retract the chain, allowing for surprise attacks. Ability Name: Kidou Focus Ability Description: Kidou up to and including 89 can be fired out of the center of Getsuga regardless of where it is in connection to Gaspard, so long as he has the chain on his wrist when activating this ability.
