In a moment, the sea of metal and rock, became so much more. As the planes merged Mana sat atop looking downward towards the fish below him. His prey. Their over evolved fins, helping themcsway back and forth between sleep and monotonous lives. A ripple would appear, in and out their other half would swim. Taking its fill on the helpless below. It was more barbaric than Mana was, however, it was Mana all the same. Each death bloody and painful. Pulling them apart with each strike.

"Wish we would find something a bit more substantial. All those around here are nothing more than minnows."

Sighing the Mana waved their hand at the large fish-like monster that appeared behind them.

"You do what you want but I'm going to take a break. I can't keep staring at nothing in particular."

With that said. A rippled appeared below the more humanoid Hollow and away they went. Slipping into it like a person diving under water. All that remained was a beast intent on hunting till it was full. Releasing a loud screech, the other half swam through the air as it went around continuing it's rampage.

Perhaps something would intervene.

Jinno had arrived at the massacre spilling through the streets of Tokyo, the hollow scourge had been hard at work. His excursions to the human world had been fairly sporadic in the past, so he needed to make sure to make a good impression, but dealing with some mindless hollows was going to be a simple affair, he was sure. The newly crowned prince took an idle glance to his new Zanpakuto, feeling almost too eager to give it a true test. While he was accompanied by a senior Shinigami, she tended to focus more on support than outright brawling which is why he was here.

Without wasting a beat, he went to work and drew Onimaru, the cursed blade already fuelling a lingering malice he had hoped to keep at bay. No matter though “I’ll clear a path, lets get to work.” And he did just that. He darted from hollow to hollow, the ancient blade made short work beyond leaving a bloody trail of pieces in his wake.

The first few unfortunate creatures didn’t stand a chance, weaker hollows that were feasting on scraps, there had to be something bigger around here. The piercing roar that echoed throughout the desolate area seemed like a good bet. Jinno took off, cleaving a path through any errant hollows in his way to find the source of this energy.

He leapt from the street towards the rooftops, moving swiftly to come across the target. A large fish creature swimming through the air, spreading destruction. Jinno skidded to a stop, pausing for only a second to activate Shikai. With the seal on the blade deactivated, Jinno’s true strength was unleashed, and he didn’t waste a second on moving in to intercept.

Jinno closed the distance swiftly, hoping to give the creature little chance to respond as he lashed out in a reckless attack from the front. At the same time, he focused his energy to generate a second strike from the side, an ethereal edge tore its way through the air, making it a two-pronged attack.
