effect: the gotei 13 symbol appears marking the area the spell will hit then 13 thin bolt of lightning of different colours which stand for the gotei 13 squads form around the symbol then a huge storm of lightning bolts comes down and hits any one inside the symbol area and the 13 other bolts all close in on the centre as fast as a captain level shunpo making a second blast that is a implodesion that is more focus then the first explodesion.

chant: gods of heaven, air, weather and lightning and thunder hear my call and let those that stand against me feel your rage. Let the bolts that appear guide your rage to the ground strike with elemental rage and fry any that are within your range. Let what i said happen now oh gods

What exactly is the "shinigami symbol"

it the crest of the shinigami i should change it to the gotei 13 symbol then to make it simpler

You should and the incantation should be longer for as high as it is

I agree the higher the bakudo the longer the chant should be

Ok fix the symbol and made the incantation longer so how is it now?

how big is the area effected also can anyone use this or is it custom to you

Any one can use it and the area would depend on if the incantation was used and how good the shinigami is with kido but i say a max of 100 metre radius

I think the effect should be more dramatic look at hado 90 as an example a black coffin envelops the target and four spears then appear and pierce the coffin. Maybe the lightning can be the colors of the division the represent and the final I guess 14th total could represent the captain commander and it could strike the target causing all the other surrounding bolts to strike one at a time as the full force of the gotai is attacking.

Ok change it so that it more dramatic hopefully.
