Koga is a tall man standing at 6' 2'' and weighing near 180 pounds. His chiseled features, long thick hair, dark smoldering eyes, perfectly smooth brown skin and muscular build make him one of the more attractive captains. As handsome as he is, his callused hands tell the tale of both hardship and dedication to his craft. He commonly wears the usual uniform given to captains. The only exception being his family's jeweled silver head piece which keeps his hair in place. He has a tattoo of a flower on his sword hand which he kisses before drawing his zanpakuto.

Personality: Koga is honorable, stern, and serious. Other members of his squad have never seen him smile. This adds to his mystery. He has no sense of humor and accepts no excuses for failure. He is cold, perhaps due to the requirements of his position. He doesn't even show warmth to his vice-captains though he's known them all his life.

In Battle: Like most members of Squad 2, Koga is cut-throat, precise, and quick.

His zanpakuto, Banku, is a permanent release. One of the only permanent releases among all of the Gotei 13 captains. This is a rare zanpakuto indeed. Especially considering its base ability effects the short term memory. A person struck with the zanpakuto can't recall how they were struck. Even if he explains how his zanpakuto works, Baku erases that memory. Those who witness this ability are unaffected, however, once cut, they lose memories pertaining to what his zanpakuto does.

Role Suggestions: He is successor to the Shihoin family thrown who joined the Gotei 13 not to bring honor to his family, but to get away from them and the responsibilities that were his birthright. He is a dedicated member of the Gotei 13 who quickly rose up through the ranks due to his home training beforehand. He became vice captain shortly after joining squad 2 almost twenty years ago. He achieved the title of captain after the previous captain died on an away mission. His role among the Gotei 13 is whatever is asked of him.
