To start out with, this cloche consists of 4 layers and they are the internal layer, the core shell, the core, and the external shell. To start off with is the internal layer that is made out of a soft thick material that possess many internal pockets that can hold a variety of materials and is usually black in color. Then the 2nd layer of the cloche that would be called the Core Shell is made up of a chain mail type material that is known as Mythril. (A high density material that blocks energy of any kind as well as sharp blades that is created out of Kazu's crystal ability mixed with steel.) This Core Shell layer protects the wearer from the effects of the core. Then there is the core that is the 3rd layer and the most vital part of this cloche for it is comprised of many tiles of Sekkiseki rock (Rashi repelling and or absorbing material) and steel plating that are linked tightly together with small iron rings throughout the entire make of the cloche from the full length body to the hood and long arms. Then last ly the 4th layer of this cloche that is made up of a very unique material that is capable of changing it's color depending on the location of the sun. This material is called Champollion Camo, but it only has 2 colors and the 2 colors would be white during the day when the sun is up and black during the night when the sun has gone down. This Champollion Camo has the appearance of scales and of slime that makes it seem as if it were alive and easy to repair, for it is not immune to attacks.
Effect:
This Cloche will be able to protect the wearer from any rishi baced attacks and kido's up to #70, but if a Lieutenant class or above were to strike it with just Brut force might just crack and shatter the core within making a weak point to strike.
This cloche also has a secondary effect and that is that is will slow down the wearer about 35% more than there normal speed due to it's weight, but if one were to wear it continuously they would become immune to this effect.
This cloche also has a third unforeseen effect and that is this it conceals the wearers spirit pressure from being detected by lieutenant class members and below.
Also due to it's weight it can be used as a weapon on its own as a restraint if it reversed (Pulled inside out).

Only one due to it's weight, for it weighs about 200 pounds due to it's core and core shell.
History:
It's creator is a shinigami named Kazu Arrowsoki. Kazu had gotten the idea from the Shakonmaku barrier around the Seireitei as well as his Kesshō sōsa (Crystal Manipulation) ability as an insulator. He developed it when he worked in the Squad 12’s Research and Development Center during his free time and with a completed successful prototype that he currently wears and has made it his signature look as he continues to develop it as he tests it in many battles but it is not yet a full protective armor for it dose not protect the face even with it's over sized pull over hood.

Well before you go any further, I hope you do understand that lining it up with sekiseki stone will drain the wearer's reiatsu, leaving them no different than a soul living in the human world. Do keep this in mind when proceeding.

And I take it that you just skimmed through it and not reading it? The reason I say this is that the core shell is made out of a special crystal coated steel that shields the wearer from the Sekiseki stone's effects.

But that crystal is made out of Reiatsu. therefore Sekkiseki stone would drain it's energy. making it useless.

Oh and by the way I did some research on the sekiseki stone and it only reflects rishi not absorbing it. But with my original idea was that the stone would absorb the rishi within the highly condensed rishi crystal instead of the wearer, but the Crystal would have to be recharged every so often.

Your research is only half correct, continuous exposure to sekkiseki drains reiryoku, so if your wearing a cloak that is lined with sekkiseki, even if it is covered with crystals that have reiryoku stored in them, the crystal's and the wearer's reiryoku will be drained and thus reduced to the level of a normal soul living in the world of the living. Please don't concern yourself if I completely read your creation or skim through it, you should concern yourself with what I pointed out for you and nothing more.

Very well then so your saying that this item in not approved?

Actually no it's not disapproved, what we're saying is that your reiryoku will be reduced, keeping that in mind, if you still wish to wear it, then I'll take a look at the effects and the whole app in detail and tell you if it's okay or not.
