It's kind of odd that we still don't have a captain commander NPC. It may not be the time to crown a captain commander IC, well it's hardly that time but we do need a captain commander NPC for different scenarios. If memory serves Duquin said that he had one in the works, but before he could reveal it he left. It would be nice to have him make the captain commander NPC, him being the more experienced rp'er and all, but, if he doesn't then being the only other mission mod here I suppose it falls on me to make one.

I thought I'd ask before I actually started working on it, and I would like your suggestions too, cuz that would really help with the thoughts process.

All I had for sure was a FC and the general idea of his plot as laid out in the plot guide. Just go ahead and make one without me. Don't feel like you need to keep the fc, but if you do, then it is Hakurei from Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas

I say to you good luck. I know i have a hard time doing any npc. I may be able to help with an idea or two, but that might be all.

I'll take it, be it an idea or anything. Due to some recent events(in the forum) I'm really having trouble thinking clearly and have been out of muse. So whatever I think about the NPC, I'm not satisfied with it, like at all.

Just let me know via pm or here what you need and whatnot.

Found a word doc with some progress made. Hopefully it will help inspire despite being half incomplete.

We can keep this info handy, however, should we need a good strong character NPC anyway. who knows.
