I'm happy with the current skin, quite honestly. =] But if you make a new banner, I can try making a matching background.

Keep in mind not to use any major cursing in the banner xDD

It's been like this long enough, I say yes to the new. It has to be new and shiny.

You've wanted to use that for a banner for so long. xD Just keep in mind to save the current skin in case, because the majority of staff agreed a while ago that we wanted blood and dark colors, while that banner is very light-colored.

You will obviously need permission to use it too from the artist. *nodnod*

As for the swearing, Anamist and the others agreed to no major cursing. You can use minor, but please have it 'approved' before use, as cursing can definitely sway people away from using the site. Trust me on this; I've had people turn away from it back when we had that Hollow Ichigo banner. xD
