Appearance: Lurichiya is best known for her youthful physique, long white hair and her round eyes of cyan colorization. She wears an uncommon shihakusho, using a white-colored silken odori obi (obi for dancing) instead of formal shinigami obi. Lurichiya does not wear kosode or hakama, but rather wears them all in single black silk dress, that is made to mimic appearance of those two clothes without having to wear different clothes. Black dress has white outlines in sleeves and neckline. The dress appears reminiscent of an ordinary shihakusho, even though it has major adjustments; under this clothing, Lurichiya wears a loose, icy blue minidress without sleeves, not having the need for white shitagi. She does not use white tabi socks or wear waraji-sandals; instead, she favors uwabaki, japanese slippers, of black color.

Appearance:

Personality: Opposite of her immature and aggressive brother, Lurichiya is responsible and well-mannered young girl. Yet, she is everything but what her innocent expression implies. She is trained to kill and definitely will not hesitate or regret killing someone, even though she may say some sort of apology to her victim, because she certainly does not like killing. However, unlike her brother, whom uses his enemies like toys, Lurichiya has habit of 'ending pain' of her victims quickly, executing them instantly. Keeping somewhat low profile, she remains in the position of unseated, while she could be capable of applying to the position of high seated officer. She is famous for her kind heart and cheerful attitude.

Her personality will be shaped entirely new in the plot progress.

Zanpakuto: Kōsetsu Jigoku (A Hell Made of Snow, 降雪地獄) is a zanpakuto, polar opposite of Shōnetsu Jigoku, which has the ability to increase the temperature of zanpakuto and surrounding, eventually leading the environment to transform into a burning inferno. Kōsetsu Jigoku in the other hand, has the primary ability to lower the temperature of blade and surrounding, leading everything around it to be frozen and covered in snow. Upon releasing, after releasing the zanpakuto with words 'frost forever' (shimo eien), the blade emits gas that lowers the temperature significantly, causing surrounding to freeze. Plants do not have time to die as they are frozen completely, inanimate objects will be sent to a deep frost and everything living will get a minor frostbite for this horrible shikai.

There is a few of zanpakuto's signature abilities. First worth of noting, the temperature of blade is far below 0° Celsius, and much like Rukia's zanpakuto, it can freeze nearly anything it touches, but it cannot manipulate ice itself. The metal is constantly frozen, making it really sharp and heavier than normally, but somewhat easier to break. Secondly, what the zanpakuto can control, is snow. The zanpakuto can summon infinite amounts of snow and can manipulate it as she wishes, be it powder snow or solid snow. Now, the main technique of shikai is to summon a colossal snowman out of air's moisture, and then shot it against foes like a cannonball.

In sealed form, the blade is a wakizashi of turquoise colorization with two silk ribbons and a square tsuba. In the end of silk ribbons, there is a small white figure of snowman, and it's made of ice, that does not melt at all.

Hollow Mask: Lurichia has very, very simple hollow mask, reflecting the modest nature of her inner hollow, and it is reminiscent of plain and decoration-less venetian mask. The hollow mask makes her surrounding to freeze, whenever the release is active along with mask, and also grants her enhanced strength and speed.

Intended Role: Unseated Member of Division 2. After realizing she is a visored, she'll stand by her brother's side, fighting for the rights of the new species, becoming an important member of visored refugees.

Very nice character, the only thing I would say it needs is a description of what her hollow mask looks like once it's discovered she's a vizard, I know she doesn't have hollow powers now nor does she know she has them but for future reference, it would be good to have that there for both you and anyone thinking of playing her character so it reminds consistent

I think NPCs do not require one yet, since Komitsu (only npc visored xd) did not have one. The hollowfying crisis has not started yet, so anyone wont show their mask at the moment I will be updating her mask, when she becomes a visored.

I understand, although I did say to put it in for future reference once the hollowfying crisis has started, I just don't want to have happen that people make up this NPCs mask on a whim and I doubt you would want that as well, I just want to know that you have one planned and one that everyone can stick with to keep this NPC consistent, do this make sense?

I know that she doesn't have one, but it be good to have it there when she does, is that understandable?
