Description:looks like a standard deck of playing cards with the Kanji for SEAL and BARRER on the back. the Jack is a Tiger, the Queen a Pheonix, the King a Dragon and the Ace a Turtle. the edges of the cards are bladed.
Effect: they can be used to create powerful barrers, as well as seals that last longer and are usually more powerful than Kido Barrers and Seals but take longer to set up. not really useful in one on one fights, but can be used to create traps. can be made to explode with the force of a small Shakaho but without the fire.
Number of it you have/possible/allowed: 5 Decks of 52 cards each.
History: (What are this items origins? How was it made and who made it?)originally created as sealing tags and used by a group of spiritually aware monks who used them to protect there monistary from Hollows. in spite of the strength of the barrers, they eventually fell and all the Monks were eaten. due to the seals, the Soul Reapers had no idea the monastry was even there until it was to late. Mercry was a part of the team who was deployed there to clean up the Hollows and found a few tags and a book on how to make them. after learning how to make them, he chainged the design from tags to cards due to persinal taist.
