Personality: Sumiko might be in her early thirties but she's never understood the idea of growing up.So, she's a kid in heart and mind.She'll often switch from interest to disinterest.This kid-like personality reflects her fighting style.She'll only fight till she's bored, so if an enemy goes all out in the very beginning you can expect her to either put an end to the fight fast or just leave entirely.

Well well, you've made quite a short work of this NPC. I for one would like some more detail put into it, give us some more detail on her personality at least. And as for what the dust does, I'd give you some suggestions but that would be based on her personality, so explain that part first.
