I just wanted to ask, before I removed it, is there any point of the mastered fullbring, since the evolved fullbring is the mastered fullbring, is the mastered fullbring really necessary? I'm aware from the show, there are three stages to mastering a fullbring, but this is more something to do IC then just as a bonus, besides, look at this:

Mastered Fullbring - Your powers have not only peaked, but you've fully mastered their use. AR +3

AR+3? this is quite broken in my opinion and all the time I've been here, I don't really get how or why this is even there, but I wanted to ask why it's there before I remove it.

I don't know and, honestly, didn't even know it was there.  I thought Evolved and Mastered were just about the same thing.  Just like Bankai really imo.  Heck, i don't even think Pallas has Mastered on his app so remove it I feel.
