The following powers are considered "banned" or "restricted" which means we wont approve characters possessing them at this time. The list is subject to change so if you want to suggest something be added or removed you are welcome to pm staff or post in the feedback area. While these powers are banned for player characters they are allowed with NPCs!

-Time Powers
-Spatial Distortion Powers (Teleportation, Zero energy power, worm holes etc. As a note, we allow dimension storage for weapons, a zanpakutou, etc. Also, the kido "Sentan Hakuja" is allowed only outside of combat as it is banned within combat and can only be used to transport only and within a set distance set by mods)
-Any form of forced manipulation of another players actions/thoughts
-Memory Powers
-Perfect Illusions (there must be a way to notice it's an illusion and then break it.)
-Army Powers
-Perfect Clones (Each clone drops you down a whole tier bracket. Like from 3-2 to 4-2, or 1-3 to 2-3, etc. The clone also goes down to your new tier. Another clone will drop you down two tier brackets, and so on.)
-Mimicry of any kind (Included but not limited to Techniques & Abilities)
-Any form of power, ability or technique that allows a PC to have unlimited energy of some kind

what do u count as Spatial Distortion Powers

Well, normally spatial distortion would be something else, when one goes for a literal explanation. I suppose, that's not the case here. Think worm holes, banned. Teleportation, banned. Zero power energy, banned. And anything resembling these, banned. It's just too op.

So you want to base your powers on Izuru Kira's character? Well, I hope your not copying him or anything, but yes. Those powers are acceptable, as long as they're only acting on objects.

thats weight not mass they ar not the same thing like a black hole has lots of mass but has no weight at all

so is changing the mass of an object ok

Ah, so you meant mass as in the scientific terminology. Btw, for the record I know what weight and mass is. How about this, if your not so sure whether the ability is acceptable or not, why don't you make it and post it in the creation section, we'll review it and then tell you if it's banned or not.
