Description: Menos Grande genetically modified for a variety of different reasons. The process often augments their form and impacts their power negatively. The process rarely ever satiates their hunger though.

History: After realizing that many Menos Grande were doomed to exist for all of eternity as dreamless, aspiration-less, towers of violent flesh, Nadroj began to devise ways to make their existence more...interesting. The first wave of these went into creating Menos Grande which could be grafted together with technology to make his base of operations. Since then he's created a variety of these, each with different function.

Type: Adverse Environment Surviving Hollow Hatchlings-Series 3
Effect: Hollows which enter extreme cryptobiosis when environmental conditions aren't perfectly suited for them. This means that they enter an ametabolic state of life in response to adverse environmental conditions such as freezing, oxygen deficiency, and desiccation. All metabolic motor, and biological processes stop, preventing thought, development, and repair. An organism in a cryptobiotic state can essentially live indefinitely until environmental conditions return to being hospitable. When this occurs, the hollow will return to its normal, mobile state of life as it was prior to the cryptobiosis. The series 3 AESHH depend on water rich environments to sustain normal functions. Without substantial water, the grand hollow are reduced to tiny coin sized pieces of dried hollow. These must be exposed to an ample amount of water such as what would be found in a pound, or river, to reach full maturation. It takes 3 posts for them to reach maximum size and a mere instant to shrink after being removed from that water; at which point it appears as though they died despite reverting back to their miniature size.

Type: Inverse Negacion Menos Fortress Version 1B
Effect: Menos Grande with surgically and genetically altered brains. Many of the processes used to create these creatures were utilized by Yorudan centuries before they were mere theories in the world of the living. Negacion fields produced by Menos Grande are inverted and refracted internally to create interdimensional storage space within the body. A Menos Grande is already the size of a large building, the internal space within the inverted negacion fields create internal space which is exponentially more expansive. The inside of a Menos Fortress provides enough space for a skyscraper. The inside of this creature's form is much larger than its outside would suggest. Further still the energies of the negacion power the internal fortress. Though an entire community lives within this behemoth, it still lives and its day to day activities are barely impacted. A control room has limited influence over the actions of the Menos Grande and can trigger it to utilize its natural interdimensional traveling ability. From here additional negacion fields can be generated to create additional rooms or holding spaces throughout the Menos Grande This was an early prototype which proved successful and paved the way for the Menos Satellite used by Cirujano Nadroj in present day.

This means that they enter an ametabolic state of life in response to adverse environmental conditions such as freezing, oxygen deficiency, and desiccation. All metabolic motor, and biological processes stop, preventing thought, development, and repair. An organism in a cryptobiotic state can essentially live indefinitely until environmental conditions return to being hospitable. When this occurs, the hollow will return to its normal, mobile state of life as it was prior to the cryptobiosis. The series 5 AESHH depend on mica, quartz, and feldspar rich environments to sustain normal functions. These are the base components for sand. These are designed to get sustenance from sand and earth for the formation of bones.  Without ample amounts of sand to consume, the grand hollows are reduced to tiny coin sized pieces of dried hollow. These must be exposed to an ample amount of sand such as what would be found in desert to reach full maturation. They consume the sand through a secondary digestive system which begins at their base; similar to a trees roots in design. Due to the way they digest the minerals they develop a type of pseudo hierro which adds tremendous defensive advantage at the cost of mobility. It takes 3 posts for them to reach maximum size and a mere instant to shrink after being removed from that water; at which point it appears as though they died despite reverting back to their miniature size.

Type: Inverse Negacion Menos Fortress Version 22X
Effect: These Menos Grande have their negaccion inverted into their digestive system with the focus being in their enlarged stomach. The negacion field properties here allow for the Menos Grande to digest more than mere flesh. Everything from inorganic structures, to energy forms to such as reiatsu are digested within the stomach of this creature. They aren't digested with mere stomach acid. Instead, they are broken down with an advanced series of degradation causing vibrations produced by the walls of the stomach. These vibrations are adjusted based on the spirit particle composition of the desired food source. As everything that exists vibrates at its own unique frequency, this Menos Grande's stomach is made to create vibrational waves which perfectly destabilize anything that is targeted. After studying the spirit particle composition of something, Nadroj is able to program this fortress to produce destabilizing waves which only effect the desired substances or form.

For example, if El Cirujano studies the cero of a Hollow and analyzes the reiatsu he can program the Menos Fortress to digest that cero. The moment that cero is produced, it would be broken down to the smallest parts and all that went into it making it would be digested by the creature. This process can be made even more specific by incorporating the form of something. If Nadroj analyzes the physical form, along with its spiritual composition, he can cause a specific shikai or other release to become useless and unachievable in this room.

It is impossible to get the room to digest living bodies as their spiritual composition is constantly in a state of unpredictable flux.

This Menos Grande is often attached to a building or some other structure so that he may travel in and out of the stomach freely. Due to its modified digestive system it can actually be made to shift the various pathways leading to and from its stomach around to create a confusing maze. The stomach is treated like an inanimate room in every other sense.

Type: Nutrient Dense Nurishment Form 3.2
Effect: This Menos Grande has been altered to the point where it no longer has any attack or defensive capabilities. It exist only as means of nourishment. Damaging the flimsy shell allows for a person to use their own reiatsu control to condense the entire form down into the size of an apple. The innards contain a condensed mass of spiritual energy, beneficial enzymes, proteins and other nutrients which are extremely beneficial to Hollows. By consuming this a Hollow's body is given everything it needs to heal from damage at a rate far faster than usual. This even replenishes reiatsu reserves.
