QUIRK Quirk Name: Wind Quirk Type: Emitter Quirk Description: Noziel's main ability is to control the air around him. While basic in nature, it is the aspect of control that makes it versatile and powerful. He can use it to move quickly, or even fly. He can call a massive gust of wind, sometimes powerful enough to pull in storm fronts from other locations. He can contain the gusts he creates to his palm and blast someone forcefully enough to cause injury, or lessened to knock them back. He can also kick for similar effects. He can create small constructs composed of compressed and contained to nearly any simple shape not exceeding 2 feet in length/width. This is how he uses 'wind blades' by using slots in his costume as focal points. Any of those constructs, if impacted, fall apart, and require constant attention/focus.
