As far as he's concerned, no person matters, not even himself. Inside him is a well of hatred so deeply rooted that it spills over into both his speaking and mannerisms. Description: Can send vibrations into any object within 50 meters and alter the intensity of said vibrations at will. Frequency and the like can also be manipulated. Can also be pulsed outward in a wave, line, or across the full 50 meter radius. Upper limit is much higher if vertically imbued into an object, say 100 meters. Ability Name: Inertia/Force Adjustment Description: Can stop objects for a short period of time, then redirect their energy. This forces the object in a linear direction at up to Bala speeds. Ability Name: Friction Loss Description: Friction drops by 50% for objects affected by vibration attacks. Ability Name: Gravity Drop Description: Objects affected by vibration attacks become sucked downward by a much stronger gravitational pull. Ability Name: Mass Focus. Description: Reiatsu Maximum. Ability Name: Overcharge Description: Wielding his power over vibrations, for a single post his physical attacks hit twice as hard. 2 post cooldown Ability Name: Recoil Description: Can take the impact from physical blows and recycle the damage dealt to reduce the cooldown of Overcharge once per use. (Physical combat gives Overcharge a one post cooldown Electric Boogaloo.) Ability Name: Vibro-Current Description: Vibrations can be carried into the air, though their destructive effectiveness drops significantly. Instead, this is more useful for making loud sounds and shit like that. BACK-DROP History: People were dicks. Hara didn't like that. Hara decided to kill them all.
