The Ivy League Agency located in Hosu City Japan is run by none other than a hero known well as Ivy/Selica. This woman is fierce, but also quite skeptical in her ways leaving her agency to be almost impossible to find. Unlike others, Selica hides her agency extending deep under the ground with nothing but a small garden shed for the enterance. Of course, the area surrounding said shed looks just as a normal community garden with even some playground equipment to lure away suspicions.
