If it's organization specific, those in your organization get 50% off, organizations whom have formed an in character alliance can get it 25% off, and opposing factions/unaligned factions must get it for full price.. Anything listed as public or organization specific will still be added to the store for these above listed reasons.. and... as for a kickback of sorts, whatever amount of coins is used in purchasing the equipment you've developed, is given back to you dependent on how much equipment you have out there. (Could be 10%, could be 5%, 2%, or even 1%. All depends..)
