Personality: There are no heroes...in life, the monsters win. That is exactly why Yami has forsaken a large part of his humanity and turned into the lord of darkness he currently is. Hardened and grown cold by being betrayed and backstabbed in the past, he learned to cast aside almost every emotion. While he is still able to feel emotions, Yami is simply more driven by his search for power, always aiming to grow stronger. Aware of the many powerful beings in the world, his goal is to stand amongst them and protect humanity as the ultimate soldier he is.

Some of his experiences in the past caused Yami to have a rather pessimistic view on things. Possessing a rational mindset he tends to follow the facts, seeing things from a true/false angle. Aiming to become the strongest human requires him to remain serious at all times with as little room for jokes as possible. Even though having said demeanor Yami can be quite dense sometimes to the surprise of many people. Expecting nothing but the best, not only from himself but from others as well he pushes those around him to surpass their limits.

He likes to be around people and doesn't have a hard time starting a conversation even with complete strangers. Being able to feel comfortable no matter the place or time is a result of his confidence, believing he can adapt to every situation. Although he has a cold personality and is a bit lacking when it comes to emotions, he is not hesitant with his actions and would injure and significantly harm anyone who threatens himself or those he genuinely cares for. Yami has a great love for those close to him, including his family and close friends and is easily enraged if anyone dear to him gets injured.

When in combat Yami does not falter and is rarely angered. He tends to smile when fighting and always maintains the confidence of himself coming out on top in the end.

FIGHTING STYLE

General Fighting Style: A combination of daggers and darkness, Yami can be considered a versatile fighter. Although not the strongest physically he isn't afraid of using his tremendous speed to get close and cut down his enemies. While on the other hand using his overflowing dark energy to overpower and utterly destroy anyone who dares stand in his way he is also comfortable fighting from a distance.

PRIMARY STAGE

Ability Name: Violent Slash
Description: Yami has two daggers he uses in combat. These weapons are as strong/have the same durability as a Zanpakuto. With a slashing motion he is able to release black beams of energy, inflicting Bala damage and moving at Bala speed.
Ability Name: Longevity
Description: Yami passively regenerates from wounds. This ability also allows diseases and poisons to be healed.
Healing rate: 2 post for small wounds, 4 for moderate, 6 for severe
Ability Name: Dark Dome
Description: Using his dark energy Yami forms a dark dome over himself, able to block up to 2 Cero worth of damage. 2 post cooldown
Ability Name: Chains of Darkness
Description: Yami is able to create up to 10 chains, formed from his dark energy. These chains can be shot and pierce a target, or it can be used to bind them with Cero strength. 2 post cooldown

SECONDARY STAGE

Ability Name: Dominator's Touch
Description: Yami's eyes glow a pale blue. He can now also choose to heal most injuries.
Healing rate: 1 post for small wounds, 2 for moderate, 3 for severe
Ability Name: Absolute Darkness
Description: A darkness dome by expanding his dark energy in a 50m radius, Yami places his target in a complete darkness, causing them to see nothing but black. Messing with their senses with his attacks. Duration 2 posts, 3 post cooldown after end
Ability Name: Dark Counter
Description: Sending out a wave of dark energy Yami is able to repel up to Gran Rey Cero damage. 3 post cooldown
Ability Name: Projection
Description: Creating a black longsword of Zanpakuto durability by solidifying dark energy, Yami is able to release a wave of 2 Cero damage. 2 post cooldown.

HYPER-MODE

Ability Name: Domain of the Monarch
Description: Yami splits himself in one (3 tiers lower) or two (5 tiers lower) copies completely made out of dark energy. While his clone(s) are out he disappears for the duration of the post. The clone(s) can either be exploded at his own will or when they are attacked, leaving a dark substance after being exploded. When hit with this substance the target will become paralyzed in a similar manner to Bakudo #9. 5 post cooldown
Ability Name: Dark Defense
Description: An ominous aura seeps from Yami alongside dark lightning. Surrounding himself with dark energy, creating a layer of armour able to protect up to Cero Oscuras damage. 4 post cooldown.
Ability Name: Ruler’s Authority
Description: Similar to Dominator's Touch, Yami's eyes glow a pale blue. While in this state he is able to control and change the direction of his daggers after being thrown. This ability also allows him to call them back to his hands at any time.
Ability Name: Eruption
Description: Yami can use an overwhelming amount of reiatsu to fill an area of 50m with dark energy, causing Cero Oscuras damage. 4 post cooldown
