He doesn’t seem to have much drive or energy for anything productive, and doesn’t appear to particularly give a shit about what’s happening in the world around him. He is known to yawn almost as frequently as he is napping which can be seen as quite annoying or disrespectful. The only thing Seiji is ever publicly seen putting effort into is avoiding doing work, often using his prowess in Hoho to dodge any attempts to send paperwork his way. Unfortunately for him, Captain Ika is a lot stronger and faster than Seiji is and tends to drag him back if he tries to weasel out of working. Despite being constantly dragged back to work by the man, Seiji respects his Captain's strength and skill and is also very loyal to him. THE COMBAT INFORMATION General Fighting Style: Seiji is a jack-of-all-trades type that specializes in offense through his speed in combination with his Zanpakuto’s unique abilities to provide spatial denial.Strengths: Agility, Hoho, Zanjutsu, Reiatsu Manipulation, Reiryoku Weaknesses: Strength, Hakuda, Stamina, Sensing Ability Name: Wind Manipulation Ability Description: Seiji has the ability to bend the wind to his will. Be it strong and tempestuous or concentrated to a razor’s edge, Seiji is able to manipulate the winds to create attacks that deal a Hado 40 of damage. Ability Name: Sword Intent (剣の意図 - Ken no Ito) Ability Description: Seiji has developed his own style of swordplay that is best suited to him and his abilities. All of Seiji’s sword blows are qualified by his Speed instead of Strength. ZANPAKUTO Sealed Appearance:
Call Out Command: Abandon form, Midorikage... SHIKAI Appearance: In Shikai form, Midorikage becomes a see-through jade-green blade, like glass on a katana hilt. However, edge-on it becomes clear that this weapon is bizarre: the Zanpakuto’s thickness shrinks to less than the width of a hair. Anyone who tries to lift the blade of Midorikage will find that it is seemingly weightless, as if it would fly away in even a light breeze.Ability Name: Formless, Shapeless Ability Description: By charging his sword with spiritual energy, Seiji is able to manipulate the length, curvature, and flexibility of his blade within a fixed radius of his own body. Range: 100 Foot Radius Ability Name: Rejection Storm Ability Description: Seiji creates a stormy sphere of razor-sharp wind blades around his body. Anyone who is at least 2 tiers lower or doesn’t have Speed/Agility as a strength is buffeted and slashed at by the countless swirling wind blades, taking a Cero’s worth of damage and being ejected from the spherical space. Range: 25 Foot Radius Duration: 2 Turns Cooldown: 3 Turns Ability Name: Booming Blade Ability Description: Seiji slashes with his sword, creating a powerful and concentrated storm of wind that deals a Cero’s worth of damage and moves at Bala speeds. Cooldown: 2 Turns Ability Name: One With the Wind Ability Description: Seiji pushes his blade to it’s utmost limits in speed, striking with it a single time at Shunpo speeds. Cooldown: 1 Turn BANKAI New Name: Imprisoning Storm Appearance: Seiji creates a massive, spherical wall of wind with himself as the epicenter. Anyone within range of this technique is trapped with Seiji inside of it for the duration. Anyone who tries to leave is buffeted by the razor-sharp and tempestuous winds, taking Cero’s worth of damage. The walls of wind are equivalent in toughness and sealing force to a Bakudo 81.
