Personality: Safira is a cold, dead ember of what used to be a person. She is the definition of outwardly indifferent to suffering, cruelty, compassion an community. None have ever entered her presence without being able to innately sense the distance of her world from their own. And so in feeling so far removed from the world and dead to its troubles, she can be difficult to reason with or appeal to. With that said, she is certainly capable of forming and maintaining relationships but they must be built on different factors than most people grow up knowing.
When given the opportunity, Safira's actions are plainly describable as cruel; get in her way and she will waste all resources available to crush you. She is a woman that shows little mercy to anyone who proves an enemy, and she will not hesitate to wage war over her ideals. Torture, extortion, blackmail: Safira is not above any form of tactic to have her way -especially- if it is a matter of revenge, for which she reserves her most innovative and sincere wrath.
However, for those who understand their place, Safira proves a somewhat caring woman. If nothing else she can be relied upon to reward loyalty warmly and without hesitation. To this end she must obviously punish disloyalty with every bit equal enthusiasm. For those who listen, she gives them everything they could dream of. As long as one stays truthful to her regime, they have to worry about until and unless it comes time to sacrifice pawns. Closely related to this, she does try her best to avoid collateral damage to civilians and the unaffiliated when possible, however, eggs must sometimes be cracked in the pursuit of omlettes.
In spite of her efforts to appear calm and calculated, according to anyone who knows her it is safe to say that Safira is not entirely sane. She has concludes that power is everything and it always has been, reinventing her own history and ignoring the evolution (or degeneration) of her own philosophy to get to this point. She simply desires to have everything that she wants and to get to that end, she will do everything in her power. Destruction is but a consequence of her dreams, and sometimes it's a bonus to her. Accepting that she’ll always find violence enticing, she’s become unrestrained for better and for worse.
With her dreams drawing near, Safira has been focusing a lot more on her own ambitions and scheming. Always thinking of new ways of achieving her goals, destroying her enemies, reaching that apex of her life, she will always have a backup to any situation or at least a fallback which will allow her to drag her enemies down into the icy depths.

FIGHTING STYLE General Fighting Style: Safira opts for direct brutality whenever possible, laying on a tidal wave of offensive pressure with sword strikes and weapon techniques through her release. She has combined traditional swordfighting methods like those found in Zanjutsu with the sheer weight the oceans of water lend to her blade. And occasionally, as a neat lil trick, a sprinkle of Cero to set things off.

Ability Name: Marea [tide] Ability Description: Safira's sword strikes ebb and flow like the tide in both power and intensity. She can spend any number of consecutive strikes building up her relentless strength, but then must spend the same amount to wind it down back to baseline.
Ability Name: Water Manipulation Ability Description: She has significant influence and control over water in her environment, and significantly increased mobility, stealth, and awareness whenever she is physically in water (submerged or otherwise). This control is kind of like telekinesis, and more precise control is possible when dealing with small amounts of water.
ZANPAKUTO & CERO Sealed Appearance: This zanpakuto is a 42 inch long sword whose blade is a silvery or platinum colored metal, or at least it would appear as such if it were not rusted and corroded. The blade itself is twisted into a spiral which tapers toward the tip giving it an appearance similar to a long stiletto. The guard is an ornate filigree similar to the hand cage of a rapier. The handle is wrapped in sharkskin and bound tightly with criss-crossing tattered black fabric that is tied off at the end.

RESURRECTION Appearance: Gaining substantial size, Safira doubles in height, her skin becomes toughened and shark-like, and her legs become monstrous with mottled skin and webbed feet. From her back she sprouts 4 highly dextrous tentacles (giving her 6 arm total) which she has complete control over and can attack with.
Abilities: Ability Name: Nurasu [Drown] Ability Description: Safira fires a massive gout of water from her blade which can build up into a bitter amount with every post between uses. If struck directly, it does the damage of a Cero and sweeps the target away with the water.
Ability Name: Tatsumaki Ability Description: Whipping the water around her into a waterspout, Safira can either ride the column of water as if she were gliding, or she can conceal herself from sight within it. The water doesn't act as a shield, but since it's infused with her reiatsu, this can also shield her from supernatural senses as well.
Ability Name: Tsunami Ability Description: Swinging her sword or crashing her tentacles allows her to kick up a huge, sweeping wave of water which can wash enemies away and destroy vast swaths of scenery.
Ability Name: Shimekorosu Ability Description: Wraps the target with one or more tencales and crushes the life from them. This ability gets stronger the more tentacles she involves with it, up to the full 4 total. She can also 'divide' crushes, so she could crush 2 targets at once with 2 tentacles each for example.
Ability Name: Ōame Ability Description: Safira shoots a huge gout of water skyward, which disperses and falls back down as heavy rain over a wide area. She can project her senses through this cloudburst and it gives her heightened awareness over the area the rain is falling. Can you dodge raindrops?
Ability Name: Shinkai Kōgeki Ability Description: Disappearing into the water, Safira can temporarily erase herself from spiritual sight only to leap out from the water and strike in a flash with killing intent. In the benthic depths of the ocean, everything is huge. Beasts who survive strike first and strike hard. This ability has a 2 post cooldown.

RESURRECTION SEGUNDA Appearance: Extending her previous form, Safira gains more monstrous features that inspire the terror of the depths. First, the addition of two new tentacles making six total. Second, her jaw expands and widens and becomes shark-like adding a devastating bite attack. And third, her not-sword-arm is replaced by the massive pincer claw of a king crab, and you can certainly guess what that's for. Abilities: Ability Name: Kani Basami Ability Description: Putting her entire weight and might into the crushing pressure of her new claw, it is strong enough to even snap Zanpakuto. Ability Name: Ageshio Ability Description: Safira can now effortlessly churn the waters and ride the rising tide of her other water powers to attack in a fluid motion (forgive the pun) with everything else. Broadly, this allows her to combo techniques like Shinkai Kogeko *and* Tsunami. Ability Name: Kozui Ability Description: She can bring so much sea water to bear that it completely floods an area, leaving only the highest rooftops or largest rocks as solid ground to fight on until the water has time to drain away. Of course, you could always fight her underwater... Ability Name: Nami Ura Ability Description: Great waves which are even more devastating than the Tsunami of her Resurrection, these can come from any direction and are not required to start either at her or from a swing of her sword. These hit like a Gran Rey Cero, and can be blocked in the same manner.
