Chiba lughed as he leapt back from the lightning bolts. However when he noticed that she was preparing another Cero he grinned more. He then uses his Feet of Wind technique to evade it though he barely dodges it and feels it burn his left arm. Afterwards he stood there as he placed a hand on his forehead again."Crap. I was just starting starting to have fun too." He said while the wind from his technique disappeared. He then stared at Manda and smirked. Zeno had managed to keep in control and felt like playing with the arrancar a bit. "How about we make this interesting and place a little bet. What do ya say?" He asked as he smiled widely.

Manda looked at Chiba like he was crazy. "A bet? Are you crazy or something? Why would you want to do that?" she said, looking Chiba over to see if he may be bluffing or if something else was going on. She was so confused by his behavior. It was not all to common for Shinigami to attack her, especially if they were Captains. But this one seem a bit off in the head to her. His actions confused her, but she stayed where she was just to see what he'd say or do next.

"In case you haven't noticed, I am insane! Otherwise why would I be wasting my breath on you? Now are you in or not?" He asked as he stared at her. His eyes filled with a sense of loneliness, sorrow but mostly insanity. He also had a very wide smile as he awaited Manda's answer. The Shinigami had resorted to tapping his foot in boredom.

Manda thought for a few moments. This guy was a Captain after all, meaning he was strong and most likely had Bankai to back him up. "Tell me more about this bet of yours. Once I know more, then I'll decide wether or not to accept it. I don't wanna agree to something stuipd or anything." she said. She was curious as to what Chiba would say after all his fluff.

Chiba laughed as he watched her. His eyes shining deviously while he watched the Arrancar. "It's quite simple really. I bet that I can defeat you. The loser of this bet has to give the victor a kiss. Sounds like a deal?" He asked as he looked at her and smirked more widely while he raised his zanpokuto. He was kept his shikai release phrase on the top of his mind as he waited for her response.

Manda stood there and thought for a moment. A kiss is not all that bad. As long as that was all he wanted she didn't think that it would be to bad to accept the bet. She felt the odds may be in her favor if she worked it all out right. Smiling, she replied. "Alright. You've got yourself a bet, but I warn you. I will not go easy on you just cause you seem to have a small soft spot. So, shall we get this under way?"

Chiba laughed as he heard Manda's words. A small soft spot? That is quite a funny joke. I do everything purely for the prospect of making things more fun." He said as the Zeno-controlled chiba tried to cover it up. He quickly charged at her in an attempt to catch her off guard. His smile was still wicked but slightly more softer then before.

Manda was caught a little off guard. She did move away, however, but not in time. Chiba managed to scratch her arm. The wound was not to deep. This upset Manda quite a bit. She jumps back and, Using her sudden storm, she sends down 5 more lightning bolts at him. As she does this she holds up both her swords and charges them with lightning. She then slashes both of them down sending 2 slahses of lighting at Chiba. She then quickly spins around and slahses her swords again causing a second set of 2 slashs of lighting to charge towards Chiba.

Chiba dodged the lightining bolts she summoned but then saw the two sets of lightning slashes coming at him. He prepared himself while smiling even more widely. He took both sets of the attack head on. He coughed softly as the cuts were suprisingly large on him. There seemed to be stun-like electric waves flowing off his body as well while he looked at Manda. "Yes. This is the fight I was looking for." He said as he started to take a step forward. He was weaker obviously but he didn't seem to care. He quickly sheathed his zanpokuto as his rieryoku fluctated torwards his. "Get ready; Hado #88 Hiryu Gekizoku Shinten Raiho!" He said as he raised his hands and launched the kido at the espada.

Once Manda sees the lightning Hado apporaching she only laughs. She picks up the hand she is holding Luz in and takes up all the energy from the attack. "You really have to do better than that. I am able to control lightning. What makes you think you can hurt me with it? It was indeed powerful, but it won't hurt me. You are slowly starting to make me very mad now. Maybe I should end this quickly, what do you say?"

She does not wait for his answer however. She looks at him with a wicked smile on her face before saying, "Cauchador Real!" Once she does this her dual wakizahi's dissapear and turn into a combination of lighting and water. She is then surrounded by water that is dark blue in color and lighting that is golden in color. After a short while the water then forms around her whole body, covering it completely. Once she is covered by the water it begins to form the scales on her that cover her body completely. She also grows to a height of 6 feet 9 inches tall and now weighs almost 300 pounds due to the weight of the scales that protect her while using her Ressurrecion. Running up both her arms and her legs are small scales. On her hands and feet there forms some claws. These claws have sharp tips on the end of each finger that can pierce the skin about 2 inches in, causing some damage but nothing major unless she aims for your neck. Along her back she gets what she calls quils. They run down the length of her back and stick out a bit more than most of the scales on her skine does. They are triangular in shape and are not to sharp. They are greyish blue in color and to somone in a lower tier than Manada they can be cut by the sharpness of the scales on her skin and back. Also protruding from her back is a pair of wings. The wings look to be, in part, the same color as the rest of her body, a greyish blue color. The tips of the wings, however, are the color of lighting, yellow, and they almost looked like lightning. The mask fragment on her head changes to where it covers her whole face, making her face look dragon-like. She also grows a tail behind her. Her tail looks to be made of the same dark blue water that covers her. The tail is also somewhat covered by the triangular scales, though match the color of her tail. These scales are tough, but not impossible, to cut thru. On the tip of her tail, which is 2 feet long, is a spike. This spike looks to be made of the same material that the scales on her back are and is the same color. Her tail can call forth lighting or send out water but is very limited to how much can be sent out since she will mostly use her hands or feet to attack. The lighting that surrouned her now forms at her tail, awaiting an attack.

"There. Now I feel better. Your in for it now." she says as she gets ready to attack. Manda takes to the air and holds out her arms, gathering a large amount of water from the air around them. She then creates 100 water balls that are 3 feet in diamater. She then lets loose 50 of them right towards Chiba. "Time for a bath little Shinigami." she says.
