Chaos lightning
Description: it a simple thing really it always been Chaos Lightning in Kieran nomad family you could say it a side effect of being blessed with such closeness to the element of lightning and them using it in a control way. Sooner or later this would of happen it only natural for balance to happen like this with lightning being used like this. Lightning is wild and happens on a whims of nature. So you could look at it that Chaos Lightning is just the embodiment of that and the base impulse of the nomads with control over lightning. Now as the clan got stronger at using lightning to the point that there reiatsu naturally makes lightning the strength of this bound with lightning veried between person to person. Though Chaos Lightning has always been in the dark part of the nomads minds waiting for a moment of weakness to spring into action and release the lightning under control back into freedom with the ones that it defeated. The ones that tried to control and tame it, Chaos Lightning sent insane. There has only ever been very few people that accept what Chaos Lightning is and those it gifts them with power over lightning like they never dreamed of. Now that power has taken on many forms with those chosen few. For Kieran the latest one to accept it when he uses it a few key changes happen.
The most apparent one is that the lightning changes colour from a normal lightning shade to midnight sky colour and it always crackling over the body of Kieran. Then the muscles of Kieran gain definition to a whole new level as the Chaos Lightning lightning energise them to the point that they can bypass the normal limits with ease and very little damage to them while this is going but as soon as it stops all of Kieran's muscles will be pulled to ripped this and the fact the amount of reiatsu he has increases and so Kieran gains a boost of 20 to speed and 20 to R.R. Also Kieran gains access to techs that he can do while only in this form.

When Kieran loses control over the Chaos lightning a few more changes happen the first is that his arms and legs are covered in lightning midnight black with a red core it also gives him claws that are 30 cm long. his eyes go black with blackish veins running away from his eyes and he is brutal and will see anyone as a enemy but there still is a spark of Kieran's normal persona and so long as no one that he has sworn to protect attacks he will leave them be.

This is just a amped up version of shunpo that lets Kieran moves at speeds that make it near impossible for even the most season fight see him while using this. It is made possible because Kieran uses shunpo on a moving platform of lightning for which the platforms are the base speed that shunpo adds onto.
Can only use this 3 times before a cooldown of one post is needed.

Chaos lightning Rampage
This is a move that leaves a trail of the midnight black with a red core of Chaos lighting behind Kieran like flames burning and will shock any one that touches it.
It a passive ability while kieran lost it.
The whole form last for 10 posts any longer then that and Kieran will lose control.
If Kieran loses control it lasts another 10 posts.
Kieran can only use this a MAX of 2 times a thread and there a cool down of 6 posts between activations which doubles if Kieran loses it.
Also the duration is cut in half if kieran uses his visard mask or bankai.
There is the ability to use all three at once to gain vast amount of power but the down side is that it last only 2 post and it can only be used once per topic so long as kieran has not used chaos lighting before hand. for this he can use his abilities in Bankai with no need for a charge but for lightning surge and Lightning of rangarok and no cool down. but after kieran will not be able to use Chaos lighting again in the topic and his Visard mask is in usable for 10 post.
