I'm not sure if those are done correctly, but we do have a problem. Did you expand your likes/dislikes? I don't see any changes.

Edit: There were no changes and those stats are done wrong. These are the stats for your tier, which will be 1-4, as you did not follow administrator instructions.

1-4:
Minimum: 200
Average: 210
Maximum: 220

It was approved for 1-3 before I was given a chance to make changes. That's hardly my fault.

The changes will be made and I will transfer everything to the new app design.

Also: I believe that the expansive history that I obviously spent a good amount of time on and added to recently should be factored into to my rank. After browsing through many apps and seeing others ranked higher with less hystory, it is only right is it not? It was an issue that was brought up that I took the time to work on.

It was factored into the rank. Without it, you'd surely be at 2-1; but you show exquisite ability in your sample and history, so I have no problem giving you 1-4, which is 3 tiers of difference - quite an achievement.

Congrats Yoru, looks like you went beyond what we asked to get yourself the 1-3, and went even further. Good job, I agree with this being a 1-2 app now. Re-adjust your stats to the tier. Once that's done let a mod know they can move the app to approved.

just added 30 to everything because 30 points in each stat is the difference between 1-2 and 1-3 I think...
