Personality: Kyosuke would be the kind of person who makes himself look high and mighty though despite everything really isn't. He has a quite pretentious personality always judging himself with much lower standards while he judges others with awfully high standards. If someone fails at something, especially if Kyosuke himself succeeds, he will berate them. If he fails while others succeed, Kyosuke will try to mitigate his own pain then forget the memory.
When socializing, Kyosuke will keep with his own group full of people similar to him with similar weaknesses and none of them being seated shinigami. The group consists of rich nobles to the poorest of the poor (who claim they are nobles) though fails to be recognized as an actual club to the Seireitei. Kyosuke is the former of the two, using his status as a noble to gain respect from the other members. He is prone to lying especially when protecting his own ego.
Role Suggestions: Mostly just comedy relief. His secret club can be used as a minor plot device.
