Sealed Zanpakuto Appearance:
The sealed form of Yūgasurōtā appears to be a plain katana, with a blade length of roughly 28.5". The wrap upon the handle of the Zanpakuto is colored a dark red, almost maroon color. The blades scabbard seems to be wooden, and is colored a simple black. Yūgasurōtā is worn on Jinsuke's left hip along with a plain katana that looks identical too the Zanpakuto.

Personality:
The Greatest Swordsman
Although already named as the current Kenpachi, Jinsuke feels the need for more. The near thousand year old Shinigami believes he has yet to become the greatest swordsman in the afterlife. Due too this Jinsuke seeks stronger & stronger foes in hopes of one day encountering stronger swordsmen with the goal to prove themselves as well. Due to this goal of his Jinsuke holds the utmost respect for other swordsman, be they human, Shinigami, or Hollow.
Calm & Confident
Outside of combat Jinsuke has an aura of confidence about him. One that speaks of his power, past deeds, and his standing within the Gotei. Although Jinsuke has a great air of confidence about him, one should not mistake it for arrogance. In addition to the air of confidence Jinsuke displays, there is also the endless calm that always seems to possess the man. Said calmness about him is almost eerie in a sense, as if everything were already plotted out for him and there was absolutely nothing to worry about.
Blood-Lust Beneath the Surface
Normally, unless one knew Jinsuke's alias they wouldn't expect much blood-lust from him. Unfortunately this is where such a person would be completely wrong. Just beneath the surface of Jinsuke's persona lies an immense, almost unsatable blood-lust. While the man doesn't show it, he practically lives for the carnage of combat, the terror of his foes, the blood upon the battleground and his own flesh. When it comes to combat, outside of facing another swordsman, Jinsuke is completely sadistic, enjoying every bit of carnage, pain, and terror he's able to inflict upon his foe. If it weren't for his loyalty towards the Gotei no one in his path would espace the blood-lust he hides within. Finally, over the years Jinsuke has learned how to channel his blood-lust, allowing it too heighten things like his senses, reaction time, and pain threshold.
Loyal, Yet Chaotic
Loyalty... The only thing that commands such a thing from Jinsuke would be the Gotei 13. Not because of their goals or outlooks, but because of the sheer power the organization could hold, and does hold. It only helps that within the Gotei are those that are even more powerful than Jinsuke himself.
Although loyal to the Gotei as a whole, there are few within that command the loyalty of one Jinsuke Kenpachi. Most of them are other Captains, those with more power than he, and finally his own Division. In battle, it was quickly learned that if one wanted to stay unharmed by Jinsuke, even though being fellow Shinigami, they best hold his respect. There have been many instances in which Jinsuke has cut down fellow Shinigami simply because they were in his way and he felt no loyalty to them, though this isn't to say all of them have ended up dead.
The Glutton
When he isn't fighting, flirting, or sleeping around Jinsuke is eating, and drinking. If there's one thing Jinsuke loves as much as a fight between himself & another swordsman, it's sitting down with some drink & food. In fact, Jinsuke enjoys his food & drink so much he made sure that the Eleventh Division had daily feasts involving as much as the Division could eat & drink.
Role Suggestions:
Jinsuke's role, first and foremost is the current Kenpachi. The strongest swordsmen alive. In addition to this role I would like Jinsuke to command the Eleventh Division for several reasons, including his skills when unarmed & with the blade, his blood-thirst, and his loyalty to the Gotei.
Originally the Gotei had enlisted Jinsuke due to the risk of leaving him unwatched in Rukongai after his slaughter of 1000+ men in less than 24 hours. Upon enlisting Jinsuke he was quickly thrown to the wolves of the Eleventh division, where his blood-lust, and skill could be used. It would be many years later, after achieving his Shikai that Jinsuke would become the new Kenpachi. A few years later Jinsuke would become the first Captain whom lacked a Bankai, although this would be remedied in the next hundred years.
At his current age of 900-1000 years old, Jinsuke is easily one of the most powerful members of the Gotei, in addition to both the fear & respect he commands.
