  Personality:
Describing a person in general is not an easy task, but when that person is as unique as Lisa, that task becomes even more daunting, as she is quite the bag of treats when it comes to her personality. Most times, she stays to herself and simply does as she's commanded though begrudgingly as most tasks seem troublesome or just a bother in general, making her quite lazy when she can be. Though when someone as powerful as the one leading her commands her to do something, she hops to it, though it doesn't mean she'll do so quietly.

Though oft alone, she has a bit of a mouth on her, especially with people that annoy her, such as bossy types, or annoying people who get up in her face. What annoys her the most though would likely be the ones who try to get in her pants, regardless of race there is always, that guy, so to speak who wants nothing more then to see what's under her white robe. Her mouth isn't the only thing she'll use to take our her frustrations on others though, she's quick to pull out her Zanpakuto if the person is annoying enough that she'd rather see them completely annihilated then just to go away.

Despite the times when she is rude, loud, and quick tempered there are times where she enjoys being at peace, strange for an Arrancar that often deals in death whether it be, human, Soul Reaper, or other hollows. Those times of respite are few and far in between, as most of her life is utter chaos, though she can't complain too much, she'd be lying if she said she didn't enjoy fighting. Though she'd definitely be telling the truth, if she said she could go without having to listen to Reyes talk about how great he is and how powerful he is.  

Having been an Arrancar as long as she has, she understands the perspective that puts her act, when it comes to relations with the Soul Society. So out of a point of self preservation and no small matter of wit, she always makes an effort to avoid them when possible unless of course they attack her. She figures as long as she doesn't initiate combat with their ranks, they'll have no reason to send hoards of Soul Reapers her way. Not that she's afraid of the confrontation, as unseated Soul Reapers would be no challenge for her, but should they send a Captain or someone of similar power, she doesn't know what her chances would be.

   Intended Role: This is an aspiring Arrancar that has potential to be an Espada, as such I will be the only one using her. She will be mainly event based, but has potential to be fleshed out as a full character, should the need arise or should it happen due to what happens in the Story Arc.
   

I'm not sure how to handle abilities, techniques, etc. Let me know what is needed next for this Character.

You aren't allowed to have sole ownership over the NPC. The nature of NPCs is to be open for anyone to use them because they serve plot purposes. That way even if the main person playing it(you) goes inactive, anyone else can pick it up and control it so the plot can continue without losing an important character.
