Technique Description: Mercry spins his blade and creates a cercular shield to protect himself and others. if it is touched, it vovers whatever touches it with a thin sheet of ice. (1 post to create. 3 post cool down. lasts for two posts)

Opponent is One Tier Higher: blocks some of the attack, but is destroyed. if it is a physical attack, limb is slowed for two posts.
Opponent is Two+ Tiers Higher:fails to block and is shattered. if it is a physical attack, limb is slowed for one post.
