Demonic Possession

Omega class demons and Sinners or Togabita can not stay in the human world for long due to the chains or the seals that bind them to hell. The sinners hid their faces with masks but the Omega class demons use humans. These humans called by some demons as vessels can be anyone,a child to an old man. The only thing is that demons need permission to enter their vessel permently. A demon can forcefully take a vessel but it is short lived and not as complete as a willing vessel.

Each demon has a different ritual in which they take their vessels. Some eat spiritually the soul of the vessel,some just bond with it,and some use other more devious methods to take control.

Drawback

The only draw back is that the more powerful the demon or the more the demon uses their dark gifts the faster the vessel will burn out. A human frame cannot maintain such power for an extended period of time. As each demon is unique so too is the way a vessel will burn out and fail

When a new vessel is taken the demon can either take the new form or change it to the form they choose. If they choose a different form the new vessel will start to transform into the new form choosen by the demon(think orochimaru taking a new host)

Nice just wondering can there be a expection to the rule like that sinner that came to the human world with out a mask?

If sinners come to,human world with no mask the will of hell comes to get them in time

This applies to all demons?

Just to avoid confusion, this information could be somewhere in the character creation area? So people can know this before they make their demons?

And, looking over at the template for demons, I think a few things can be deleted from that topic so it's just necessary information?
