I did this for Tazuma since he's having carpal tunnel issues, or just basic hand problems. Here's his demons fully explained and quantified.
What Are they?
Demons are dark and malevolent creatures that were spawned in hell. Demons are created from the malice and darkness that comes from all three universes, Soul society, Hueco Mundo, and the Human world. Specifically they are created when the soul of the damned decides to embrace the darkness. This darkness goes further than any hollow can comprehend thus the reason they don't become hollows.
When the soul reaches hell it dumped into a pit of lava at the lowest level of hell. This process is called placing a soul into a womb of hellfire, or hellfire's womb. In the womb they undergo a transformation into the lowest possible form of demon a Dreg(The most worthless part of something).
What are Dreg's?
Dreg's as explained above are the physical manifestation of a damned soul. Dreg's stand about four or fight feet tall their bodies look like burnt pink flesh. They have long sharp fingers and horribly disfigured faces. Their body temperatures are easily a couple hundred degrees in farenheit.
Despite what they may look like Dreg's have incredible strength, incredible durability, sharp talons. Dreg's also happen to be incredibly fast and their spit is extremely corrosive and acidic.
Dreg's escape to the human world in backs through something called a hellhole. This hellhole exists only as a one way gate to the human world and can let as many as 15 dreg's through. Dreg's are however incapable of going back to the human world until they evolve into Grottles.
What are Grottles?
Grottles are the evolution of Dreg's, they walk on all fours and have chunky hardened skin. They call this skin brimstone because it is chunky and thick. Grottles are slower than Dreg's but they are much faster and stronger. They are capable of opening a hells door leading back to Hell. Unlike the Dreg's they do have a very basic style of talking with grunts and whispers. They usually form packs and groups led by the strongest so that they can survive.
So to evolve further a Grottle must eat it's entire pack physically and mentally. It's a rational decision that leads to their third evolutionary stage, Togabito
What are Togabito?
Because killing isn't permitted in Hell before a Grottle can full evolve they are imprisoned and bound in hell. They then begin to undergo a process of infinite rebirth. Though Togabito have abilities that can rival an espada they are constantly watched in hell. Togabito's vary in appearance but their uniforms are black and they have masks on to hide their demonic faces.
Unlike Grottles they are capable of speaking and have access to a wide variety of abilities. They have a specialized form of high speed movement known as Demon Flash, Their firey blood can heal them from minor injuries to the loss of limbs. Along with that they have Umbra's ars basically demonic kido, and Daemon Dart(The demon variant of Bala).
Though their evolution doesn't stop their they can advance into the final stage Demon's(Omega's)

Demons normally called Omega's, but Omega's is a language that none other can comprehen typically. So it's been dubbed demon for aesthetic reasons. Once a Togabito advances into a Omega their powers are so overwhelming that they have to hide them away. Omega's usually digress their powers and take on a very human like form.
Omega's are the final evolution of demons and the most powerful. Their skin is hardened up to a point but they can make it harder by activing their Brimstone. Omega's can use, Demon Flash, Umbra's Ars, Hell Fire, Dark Whisper, and Demon Dart. But now when they each have very different powers and abilities. An omega has two forms it's true form, and Unbound form. They are much like Arrancars in this aspect as they gain an incredible amount of power as they show each form.
