well, if you can, continue to edit the templates like I've done with the mod soul and human templates and also if possible, correct the color on the zanpakuto template ^_^

I think that we still need to rework the app grading standards, at least from 3-2 above as well as fix some things about the rules and what needs to be done about them, some thoughts I had was removing the WPs from when someone gets banned, because I think it's rather unnecessary to ban someone, only to have them come back and get WPs for being banned since getting banned is it's own punishment and I find giving them WPs really doesn't work. Also, we need to make sure that staff in future are open, willing to listen and allow people to explain their points of view since that was a major flaw with the last bunch of staff is that they were closed off, unwilling to listen or even explain their actions and refused people to explain themselves before banning.

I'll do that but not till tonight at the very least due to work. As far as new grading, lemme look over the current and then fix it.
