Well, I'll keep this brief, but from reading the app grading standards, I believe that the higher proprotion (possibly from tier 3-2 and higher) require higher levels of detail to be accepted, these are mostly the personality and appearance section, staying at a 3+ all the time, I thinking boosting the amount required for these higher tiers will help people to see that they can't be a cheap state and getting off doing minimum for higher level apps, especially when looking at apps that are ranked tier 3-2 and above, they have the ability to go way beyond 3+ for personality and appearance, so any ideas on how to rectify this

I'm also currently working on templates and fixing them up (edit list will be available) and I also have a suggestion for a new race and template; for the sinners and, most likely a new rp section; Hell and the three levels of hell. I've noticed they have been missing for far too long and it's about time those condemned to hell get some recognition this will probably require a new rank to be made as well, but we can use the demon one for now till a suitable one is made/found

I was gonna look over the new apps and think of a new grading system based on the old one.  One that should be easier to use I hope.  As for the demons, too many OP players out there.  Lets get people to come back and, if there is enough of a call for it, bring it in at that time.

I understand, of course they'll be restrictions on the sinners, especially those wanting to leave hell, they will require the suits from the movie to be able to escape hell without being detected and what powers they are allowed to use, but I think sinners can be something interesting and add a new dynamic to the rping experience. also, I've created the new sinner's group and I'm using the demon's rank as the sinner's rank till one can be made for them ^^

I still say just wait till the site is active enough and only allow active players the ability to create one if active enough.  I would also say we heavily grade those apps to make sure they are not OP.

Of course, although we have to heavily look over all apps made but I get the point. But I have made a group for sinners, just in case because even though we have to wait, it might as well be ready for when they do want them. Besides, might as well have hello as a location to rp in

So I've noticed xD going to try and edit the templates like the mod soul and human template, might do a bit more of the site plot before doing some slight modification to the AR bonuses to make things more fair since as far as I can tell, arrancars still hold massive advantage over shinigami so it needs sorting out

I can look that over in a bit.  I think Ana was on the right direction earlier.  I'm gonna review what he had.  Also, any apps you wanna move of your own feel free to do so.  I've left them.  Also, you seem to have an app in mind for the Zan's for the arc you wanna do.  Wanna take care of that?

which app are you refering to? and I was thinking the group of unclaimed zanpakuto spirits are all the ones I've created that have yet to be claimed by anyone, the WIPs ones and of course, all the shinigami/vizards who enter the plot will loose their zanpakuto spirits too, hopefully making quite a few ^_^ but yeah, I can take care of the plot, just the other stuff that needs to be done before that ^_^
