Technique Name: [炎の渦]Vortex of Flame
Technique Description: Kaitou releases his Reiatsu in full brunt, mixing it with the fire of his Zanpakuto and slashes the air around him, creating a vortex of flame which surrounds him, spinning clockwise. While this technique is active, Kaitou is gains a +2 FAR bonus to Kido and Fire defense. Additionally, attacks which are 3+ tiers below his defense level are canceled out by this effect completely. Lasts 2 posts, has a 3 post cooldown after effects end.
