Personality:
A man of a few words, but wise words indeed. His appearance actually doesn’t give away his personality. If he is judged based on appearance, then immature and unsuitable comes to mind considering his position but he is neither of that and his record proves it. He has nerves of steel, even the grimmest situations don’t put a dent on his facial expressions. At heart, he’s kind and noble and cares for the residents of the human world and the shinigami realm.

He has proven himself on countless occasions, in many battles, and so in battle he lets himself loose. Despite his chaotic way of fighting, he has yet to be defeated in his long career as a shinigami and a captain commander of the gotei 13, this instills a sense of pride in his heart and his demeanor is filled with pride. He trusts his subordinates, but doesn’t rely on words to show it to them, his actions are more clearer in that respect.

His approach towards anyone and everyone is formal, he never gets out of character which means he is never angry. Despite his chaotic behavior in battle, he has the perks of a wise leader. The way he handles himself and his subordinates are entirely different, he puts them first and thinks of himself later, a selfless leader and a caring one at heart. But despite this fact, his words or his demeanor don’t give that impression.
Reiatsu: He has a very unusual reiatsu, his reiatsu when released takes the form of smoke, that surrounds him. This smoke not only clouds one vision but also one’s sensing abilities, so in battle, if someone engages him, they find themselves lost in a cloud of smoke, whereas he is at home in this smoke, completely able to sense his position and that of an intruder in his domain of smoke. The radius that the smoke covers depends on the amount of reiatsu Solomon releases. His reiatsu or smoke is of dark black color.

Sealed Zanpakuto: The hilt of his zanpakuto has a golden skull attached to it by a string. The hilt itself is made of pure gold and the scabbard has an inscription on it that says, “norowa re mashita” (meaning cursed). The scabbard itself is of golden color. Every strike made from his zanpakuto leaves a golden colored after light even the light has the ability to cut or damage those that dare to come in contact with it.
Shikai:The form of his shikai is, “norowa re ta tenken” (meaning cursed dagger). In shikai, his zanpakuto transforms into a golden colored dagger, the release phrase is “Entrap them, norowa re ta tenken”. The dagger is cursed, anything cut from the dagger turns to gold, stopping the reiatsu flow from that specific wounded part. If it’s a slight cut, only that affected area would be affected NOT the whole limb or body, just the wound.

Bankai:The form of his bankai is, “kin no noroi” (meaning cursed gold), and the release phrase is, “Share your curse,kin no nori”. In his bankai, the zanpakuto merges with his reiatsu. So the smoke itself, is now merged with his reiatsu, in it he is capable of cutting anyone and anything. Technically anything within the reach of his smoke form reiatsu is an easy target. In this form, the color of his reiatsu changes to pure gold color.
