Pretty simple, here in the Death Battle area you can post open challenges with whatever rules you wish.

For example...

Ika vs anyone. 0-2 will be the default tier of the challenge, anything excluding finals is allowed.

Or I could say.. Ika vs anyone, 0-2 default tier, hand to hand combat with no releases or Kidou.

Stuff like this.

Obviously Non-Canon, have fun!
