THE ORDER
THE MISSION
In a single word, the Soldiers of The Order are contractors. They have never shown themselves to decline a job so long as the payment is good. From killing children to building houses, the Soldiers have no publicly known moral high ground to stand on. There is no greater goal in life beyond making money. Find a contract, work the contract, complete the contract, get paid. It's as simple as that.
ELLIGIBLE CHARACTERS
Everyone can join the Order. The only prerequisite for joining the Order is showing that you hold the Contract above everything else. No familial attachment, no ethical code will save you: If you accept a contract, you must complete it on your life's sake. Nothing can break a contract once it's accepted. That said, every Soldier is entitled to their own code insofar as accepting the contract or not. We're Mercenaries, not an Army.
RULES OF CONDUCT
1. The Contract comes first. No matter what, if you accept a contract, you must complete it. If you fail this, you are sentenced to death. Nothing can break a contract once it's accepted. Nothing can save you if you violate a contract. If a Contract is accepted, it must be carried out.
2. Comrades come second. There is no fighting for ranks, and as important as money is, your brothers and sister in arms are more important. As a group of people paid to do nearly anything, including kill others, you could easily make a lot of enemies. Unity, and a strong front line, is important. Even if you don't get along, you must be willing to protect each other at all costs.
3. Needless slaughter is disavowed. Complete the contract by any means, but try not to kill anyone you absolutely don't have to. If the contract says blow up a ship and kill the target, we would say you've completed it if the target was the only person to actually die on that ship. Casualties caused by collateral damage is not needless slaughter, but do try to avoid it.
4. Respect the Chain of Command. Regardless of your personal level of strength, you answer to and respect your superiors. We may not be an army, but we can damn sure replicate it.
ORGANIZATION
THE OVERWATCH DIVISION
The Core Group of Soldiers. Soldiers in this Division are generally talented, able to offer a variety of services. This is the most powerful division in terms of sheer numbers, and is the most commonly used Division in terms of Contracts completed. The Overwatch Division has stations all over the world, centered in Los Angeles, California. The General of this Division is also the General of the entire Soldier Mercenaries, and has authority over everyone else.
- The General:
- The Admiral: Rei Tsunemori [Tier 0-3]
- The Captain: N/A
- The Lieutenant:
- Other Officers: N/A
THE LOGISTICS DIVISION
This is the Intelligence Division. Soldiers in this Division are usually fairly stealthy, are capable of gathering intelligence when requested, and are usually exquisite at performing acts of thievery. Contracts given to this division require all of these traits. That said, this division is usually the least powerful in terms of number, as their resources and talents are strictly monitored.
- The General: Velvet Velderine [Tier 1-1]
- The Admiral: Schala Zeal [Tier 1-4]
- The Captain: N/A
- The Lieutenant: N/A
- Other Officers: N/A
THE SPECIAL OPS DIVISION
The most Lethal group of Soldiers. Soldiers in this Division are reknowned for their ability to complete an assassination contract, regardless of the other circumstances of the contract. Soldiers in this Division are very carefully watched, and in the event that they become a liability are taken care of in the lethal sense. This is the group of Soldiers which has the highest mortality, as they're usually the most hotheaded and proud of their abilities.
- The General:
- The Admiral: The Maiden [Tier 1-3]
- The Captain: N/A
- The Lieutenant: N/A
- Other Officers: N/A
THE HIDDEN DIVISION
The blacklisted Soldiers. Soldiers in this group do not exist. They are a figment of your imagination. Soldiers in this group are capable of anything and everything. They are the wildcard among the wildcards. Soldiers in this Division rarely take contracts, but when they do are very high scale: assassinating a King or blowing up a government building, the Hidden Division are Soldiers whom would willingly sacrifice their life to carry out their contracts.

THE COMPANY & THE CONTRACTS
Fronted by Grey Co., The Order is an incredibly lethal and wild group of people. They have no moral obligations, no high ground to stand on, no ethical code to hold them back. They are entirely neutral, and only work for the highest bidder. The Soldiers are, for all intents and purposes, the only truly Neutral people in the world.
Their Headquarters are located in Los Angeles, California. A large complex of buildings, it was formerly a college campus that was shut down due to mysterious. As such, their complex is incredibly well defended with Soldiers standing guard 24/7 and heat-detecting automatic turrets. The Complex feels more like a Prison from the inside, though all Soldiers know they're welcome to leave at any point in time. While this is the Order's Headquarters, this is not where they must live, and they're allowed to live out their lives.
When someone wishes a Contract to be made, they must pay 50% of the cash up front. This is to secure that the payment will be completed upon the Contract being carried out. When the Contract is completed, the other 50% must be paid within 7 days of confirmation. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a Contract being taken out on the proprietor who failed to complete the transaction, funded by Grey Co.
Being a General of any Division requires Tier 0-5, though Exceptions may be made for Tier 1-1.
Being an Admiral of any Division requires Tier 1-3, though Exceptions may be made for Tier 1-4.
Being a Captain of any Division requires Tier 2-1. No Exeptions.
Being a Lieutenant of any Division requires Tier 2-5. No Exceptions.
Joining any Division is possible, provided you meet the requirements. Raising in rank is possible through submitting a form to the General of the Overwatch Division and requesting a one on one battle with the person who's role you like to take over. This battle is conducted in a special room located in the basement of the Complex in Los Angeles, which allows the fighters to go all out without any threat of lethality. If the Submitter is Victorious, they take the position of the Loser and the Loser moves to their Position. If the Submitter loses, nothing changes. They may try again after 2 months have passed.
Soldiers are Mortal. The Order is Eternal.
