Though it weighs too much for most to beable to wield it efficiently(40lbs), he can use it quite well as he has adapted to his own metal skeleton.

Special Abilities: A sample of Seo's unique metal skeleton has been taken and used to recreate a near perfrect replica metal composite. The hammer head itself is able to store up lightning surged into it from Seo and use said stores to create concussive blasts with each strike. When charged, Seo is also able to charge his own limbs to create magnetic force which only similar metals also charged will respond to. This will normally allow Seo to pull his weapon from a distance back towards him, however if he uses uo the charges in his hammer without recharging said hammer, this will not work.
