[Seiji's Log, #17]
"I've been traveling this lonely road for about a week or so now to follow-up on some intel I got from Kat. It's tough being the only sane man in an insane world, but someone's gotta do it. It had been a long time coming now, the chance to meet the man who had contributed 60% of Seiji's genetics. The man Seiji looked up to, the man... Known as Ika Mazi. The legendary figure, a beacon of those who protect the Soul Cycle... Such is the man who gave Seiji 60% of his genes."
Seiji monologued to himself as he wandered the jungles of Bogota. After pestering Kat for about a week, she finally caved and told him to go to Bogota to find what he sought. It was hot, humid, and Seiji was using his liquid nitrogen abilities to keep cool like an absolute boss. Suddenly, it occurred to him that Kat never said where in Bogota Ika was.
