Seras was still in a daze from the recent events she had been put through, her previous benefactors made up of the Committee were gone now, and once again she was left alone. Really, she had hardly processed that the few friends she had managed to make were probably dead now and they weren't coming back. She couldn't help but find this funny, everything she decided to go near seemed to end up burning despite her best efforts. From life, to her brief period with the Espada to the living world... Everything burned.
She huddled back in the ruins of some building, unsure if she should be running or hiding at this stage. The attacks had someone died down now, though there were the occasional few sinners trying to mop up the scraps. It was here that her little hiding spot had been found out. A pair of the attackers noticed her coat fluttering about in the wind. "Looks like we've got a live one here" The taller one would chortle, looking over his latest prey as his rather portly comrade followed close behind.
Her hand twitched, that familiar spark of anger flowing through her body as she felt the sturdy haft of her scythe slide into her hand. "Looks like one of them arran cars boss, might be allies" The other pointed out, but it was far too late. With a reckless charge "Nonsense! This is gonna be fun!" he roared with glee as he had just rushed in blind. Though he couldn't quite comprehend exactly what he had found huddled away as the girl countered. By the time he had turned around, she had dispatched his comrade. The wicked blade of her zanpakuto cleaving through him like nothing. With a guttural growl, the lanky sinner tried his chances a second time.
It wasn't a long fight, with the arrancar utilizing the jets of flame from her scythe to attack with a blinding speed, the blunt end crushing her foe's ribs in one strike before she could twist about to suddenly slam the blade through his back, pinning him helplessly to the ground as she crouched before him. Their eyes met as she dragged his head back by the hair and clamped the other hand around his throat. Her touch was already naturally scalding, but the flames she began to emit would slowly lap at his flesh, melting the skin and searing his muscles. His screams would ring out among the others in the city, leaving the others none-the-wiser their comrade was slowly being burned alive. "You're right... this is fun" The girl almost giggled, a twisted smile slowly becoming etched into the arrancar's features as she just glared down to him, her cruel glare piercing through the fog as the fluid in his eyes began to boil.
