Information: The Shiba Clan of Soul Society is well-known for their exceptional skill in fireworks and throwing parties, but their true claim to nobility is in their prowess in the arts of fighting. The Shibas have been a clan of extremely powerful warriors for ages, with the Main Family almost invariably having Zanpakuto that reflect either the sun or the moon. Fire, Water, Light, and everything in between have been seen, all being traced back to the two celestial bodies. There is also a tradition among the Main Family of naming their children after the animal that most represents them upon their birth.

CLAN HISTORY

The Shiba Clan, as one of the Great Noble Houses, was one of the earliest families to support the forming Gotei, and made up several of it's strongest members in the days of old. They stumbled into the roles of nobility and politicians completely on accident, and have a general disdain for social norms and etiquette.

On a side note, the founder and original Head, Kuma Shiba, passed away due from damage to his Saketsu and Hakusui caused by an erection that lasted longer than four hours. Just...take that as a warning.
