Despite the pain from this own wounds Taigen saw his chance,, she clearly wasn't expecting him to use kido, while the element of surprise was gone, he'd yet to fully play his hand. Gritting his teeth and going for two diagonal slashes that crossed at her diaphragm, he took a surge forward with his right sword forward.

fully expecting her to dodge the attack a smirk curled across his face, "HADO NUMBER ELEVEN: TSUZURI RAIDEN!" a blinding flash of yellow lightning shot from his left blade toward his opponent, again hoping to catch them off guard. This was his secret, mixing Kido with normal sword fighting, while unconventional it had kept him alive until now, and he was just getting started.

Colbolt managed to backpedal avoiding the slashes barely before having to sondio out of the way of the electrical current as she reappeared on a tree branch a few feet above him and to his left "Damn shinigami, Always too scared to just fight with swords...Typical"She said before sighing "Guess I am going to quit playing around and end this."She spoke before sighing saying " Erupt, Desurōzu" She spoke deciding to go into her resurrection, which did not change her appearance a bit as she sighed seeing her fied form bfore she jumped down suddenly landing only to dash forward sending another volley of strikews

Taken aback at the Arrancar's reckless charge in, Taigen was immediately on the back foot when it came to his defense. Despite having two swords he was barely able to keep up with the woman's immense assault and inevitably a few attacks made it through his defenses. after a shallow cut on the cheek he received deep gash on his left arm and a similar cut on the left leg. This was bad, he couldn't keep up like this and if it continued he would die, there was no question. After clashing blades Taigen lept back and held his two blades parallel to each other and pointed toward the ground.

"Rend the Sky, HANABIRA!" With his Zanpakuto unleashed he should be on more even footing. Now for a little show. He crossed both blades into an X shape and fired off the blue flame like energy surrounding the blades by slashing out, and lashing out one whip sword toward his opponent.

Ability name: Hanteikiru (judgement cut)
type: Kido based ranged attack
Description: When the swords are retracted fully and held in an X shaped cross, the blue roses on the guard burst into blue flames that travel the legnth of the sword, then a cross shaped blast is released from the crossed swords and flies towards the Enemy at Bala speed with the power of a Cero. (3 post cooldown)

That was it, colbotl had him on the ropes. Wait.. She growled seeing him go into Shikai following her actions in trying to keep equal footing "Why won't you just die or go away."She spoke before raising a hand thrusting it at him "Nature's arms"She called out as the garden around her feet sprung up forming four vines infront of her taking the hit of the fire before the ground rumbled at his feet before a massive flower broke through the ground opening its mouth to thousnds of teeth ready to chump on him

Colbolt slid to a stop jumping back to see he finally went into shikai as she put her guard up watching him as she held out a hand "Nature's arms."She spoke

Nature's arms

Ability Description:

This technique allows Colbolt to grow, up to 16 vines, at one time. The Vines can be used for both defensive and offensive. The number of vines she has currently at her use determines the strength of attacks that she can block according to the chart belong along with the cooldown depending on the amount.. These vines will produce dozens of white flowers on their stems and wrap around a small 3-foot area that can expand to a max of 6 feet more reiastu she feeds to the plants. These vines will form a wall like structure or a shell (depending on what she needs) The vines are strong on their own but the wider the protected area, the weaker the wall of vines is to attacks against them. To make her vines protect and move she also moves her arms and body in the direction as her vines follow her movements. If combined with Flytrap the vines will have a additional abiltiy of slowly draining their ensnared target's physical energy to make it easier to drag them.

4 vines can block up to a bala and will no need to cooldown to continue to use
8 vines can block up to a cero and will take a post to cooldown before they can be summoned once again
12 vines can block up to a Gran Rey Cero and will take 3 posts to cooldown before they can be summoned once again
16 vines can block up a obcuras and will block take 4 posts to cooldown before they can be summoned once again


Ability name: Colbolt’s flytrap
Ability description: Colbolt summons a large, green, flytrap from the ground, roughly the size of a human, consisting of four massive "petals", with a row of rounded teeth on their inner sides and massive spikes on their outer ones. This proceeds to attack the target by closing its petals on them and sending them flying away with the brute force of a cero need a post cooldown

Seeing her dodge out of the way of his attack was concerning but he had a few tricks left. Using his extended whip blade to swing round and slice the newly appeared fly trap then retracting it fully. She was fast, but if speed was all she had this would be over soon. Charging towards her, Taigen extended on finger towards her and cast Bakudo #1, forcing her arms and legs behind her. She would break free in a moment, Taigen knew that but he just needed a split second opening. Extending the blade of his right sword he cut through the vines attempting to bar his path and stabbed toward her chest with his left.

Colbolt watched him charged forward, raising an eyebrow in confusion, Why is he charging at her? did he have a death wish wanting to kiss her vines or something? she watched him dispatch of her flytrap distracting her just long enough to hear him cast the kidou..

"Sh-shit."She gasped knowing all too well what Bakudo #1 was as she felt an invisible force restrain her hands behind her. She took a deep breath trying to focus on the binding knowing it was a mind over body spell. However, doing so cost the focus of her vines. She winced before letting out a gasp feeling him strike her vines as they feel. She shut her eyes expecting to feel the slice of his blade cutting straight through her.

However, it not came as the only thing she felt was a few stray feathers touch her head causing her to open her eyes to see a small figure floating in front of her. "Owlacle...What are you doing here bird brain."She growled
"Saving your but. ON the orders of the primera...The terecra will need you alive when he returns from battle"Spoke the small figure floating infront of the blade holding a feather against the tip before pushing the blade away. the small figure had two massive wings as the cloak wrapped around her figure was that of feathers as well "If you try anything shinigami, i will end you where you stand...enjoy your victory for now...If I catch you still here, I will end you."Spoke the girl flapping her wings twice sending a mighty gust at taigen before taking ahold of the pink arrancar taking to the air flying towards Las noches.

Upon feeling his strike getting interrupted Taigen's blood ran cold, looking towards the newcomer he grit his teeth, 'oh fuck' was all he could think. Seeing the Wings of the second arrancar move Taigen leaped backward but to his surprise they merely took to the skies with Colbolt in tow. Standing firm for a few moments and tightening his grip on his twin swords, he watched the two shrinking off into the distance before falling to his knees. Shakily using his swords to get back to his feet he started panting heavily,  "yeah, phew, You do that, I'm I'm just gonna lie here and bleed in peace." he muttered breathlessly to himself before collapsing backwards, with all the adrenaline leaving his system the pain was setting in and god damn did he hurt right now.

After lying there for a few minutes he struggled to his feet and started staggering back to the assigned meeting point. Taking out his hip flask only to find it had been cut open in the battle he sighed. "Well at least this day can't get any worse."
