Graven Fel
Under the Vatican, in the private training grounds used by the Quincy of the Inquisition, the various members were whispering, watching a white-haired man firing at the furthest target, an absent look on his face as he placed arrow after arrow into the bullseye from around two miles away. The robes of a Catholic priest flexed over the muscles of an experienced combatant complimented the bored expression on his face as Shane continued one of his favorite ways to space out and think.
Quite frankly, most of the people around him were amazed at the accuracy and speed that he was firing, especially at such a distance, and yet they refused to get it through their thick skulls that it was simple enough to learn to do so as a Quincy. They were all idiots. You didn't necessarily look with your eyes alone. You used your Reikaku, your spiritual sight, to enhance your physical senses, and after that it was easy enough to calculate distance, wind strength and direction, the curvature of the Earth, and several other factors. Once that was done, it was a matter of practicing until your muscles bled and tore apart, then continuing until you get it perfect.
It wasn't that hard, and if this was the mindset of the average soldier of the Inquisition then they were damned.
