Joshua Tamashii was walking around the Seireitei, his expression serious dispite having nothing to be serious about. He had just been assigned the Lieutenant position in the 10th division and he figured he should make himself known. Until resently he had been unassigned but here he was, assigned and starting off as a Lieutenant. This made him slightly worried.

~~And what is there to be scared of?~~ a female voice asked in his head~~You have me and you know you can probably beat almost anyone in the division if you wanted too~~

~~But being assigned to a division as it Lieutenant? That can't be a common event, Tsukikage~~ He replied to his zanpaktou~~That fact alone is going to make my job harder since these people know nothing about me...~~

~~Us~~ Tsukikage injected

~~... Us~~ Joshua corrected himself~~They know nothing about us, I'm pretty sure I look younger then most of them, and chances are they're going to assume alot and judge me quickly~~

~~None of which really matters. As long as you remain true to yourself, nothing anyone says should effect you. Let them talk and prove them wrong~~ Tsukikage said, calmly

Joshua sighed and smiled slightly. Tsukikage was right. He would have to meet whatever challenge came his way and deal with it as needed. It was only after he relized this he noticed he was at the 10th division barracks. Bracing himself he entered and prepared for the worse.

A man walks into our building wearing the vice captain badge over his arm. I see him walk in and move towards him. I am 6 ft tall heavy muscled holding my nodachi style zanpacto over my right shoulder. My red silk lined hooded extra long hoari moved in my wake as I walk.i stop a few feet from the man and address him.
"greetings shinigami,i am captain tazuma koshi. The captain of this division and who may you be?" I look at him awaiting his answer

Joshua stopped looked up at his new captain with his only good eye
~~Big, check. strong looking, check. Scarey, still debating~~ He thought to himself

~~oh just introduce yourself. If he bites, I'll help you know that~~ Tsukikage chided

Joshua sighed before speaking
"Captain Tazuma I presume? I'm Your new Lieutenant, Joshua Tamashii. I just received word of me new station so I thought it best to get here immediately" He said

"oh your my new vice captain. I received the notice just this morning.well i'd like to welcome you to the tenth division. Would you like a small tour of our head quarters?" I say looking at him with a analyzing stare.

"Depends, would you like to keep studying me first or would you rather give the tour?" Joshua asked, his tone slightly cold, as if he was expecting a fight

~~Calm yourself. This man is stronger then you~~ Tsukikage chided gently as the moon in Joshua's inner world grew a bit blacker

"it is a habit of mine to study people excuse me. This is our main room,general living and activities are held here. The left hall leads to the living quarters for the squad except us. The right hall goes to our training room check it out when you wanna train it our crown jewel, the captain commander and I spared,to a draw there(i smile) this center hall take us to the captains and vice captains quaeters and office as well as my garden and medatation area." The squad is doing it normal duties as I am giving the basic tour except as I speak they grow quiet as a sign of respect. "now would you like to see our office?"

"I'm open to anything. be it more of the tour or a test" Joshua said calmly looking around to division as Tazuma pointed things out"Also it would be nice if i had a bit of a run down of the rules of this particular squad"

"humh rules? Lets see. Don't bring dishonor to yourself or the division,follow all orders from those above you in rank,as vice captain you will be my eyes and ears to the squad members and traun to the best of your abilities. If you want to unpack your belongings you can. Your room is prepared for you." I say while looking at josh for slight facial tells

Joshua face was perfectly still and he could tell Tazuma was still studying him
"Look if you want to learn about me words won't cut it" he said"You want to talk, talk with your zanpaktou. Mine will speak for me as well"

~~You're dragging me into this?~~ Tsukikage complained

~~You got a problem with it?~~

~~No. Something's bothering you so blow off whatever steam is built up inside you.~~

Laughing I look at josh"if I faught you seriously,i would need a new vice captain today. So I am going to let that one pass. My zanpacto doesn't speak it sings." A wave of vibration passes through every one within 50 feet."if you would like I could fully relese my reiatsu and see if you can remain standing." cocky as he is josh couldn't stand if I relese my reiatsu I thonk to myself
