Vainus strode through the sands. Espada...they're the strong ones...maybe I'll join them Soon he came across there group of Arrancar. He could feel some of their power from here. It felt comforting to him, in a strange manner. Shrugging off the feeling he continued to walk towards them, carefully keeping his reiatsu near completely supressed.
"Are you the part of the Espada?" his words were devoid of any emotion, as though he were only talking aloud to himself, "If you are I'd like to become part of your organization in some way."

I hear what cross has to say to the punk then i say. "your not the only one wanting to rip pieces off him if he gives a reason for it hell i might just give him a slap around to remind him who in charge here." i did not notice the new comer till he spoke i turn to look at him and like what i see but not feeling any reiatsu coming off of him to say how strong he is but then he maybe a arrencar that specialize in reiatsu control like me. I pull in what reiatsu i had let out and the sand drops back i then say to him. "just so that you know we are not called the espada any more we are the renacer if you want to join you have to show that you can pull your own weight in a fight. If that all right with you veloz i think it should be ether me or the punk that test him out no need to dirty your hands with someone with unknown worth."

He backs away from Piedra, moving away from the group until he turns around. Folding his arms as he looks over the new arrancar. "You're worthy? How do you know?" He smirks at Marcus's remark talking about how he was going to test the mans strength. Cross raised his hand at Marcus as he spoke;

"No need. Let me do it. I haven't fought in quite some time." The look in his eyes was of excitement and anxiousness. "I'm Cross Setsuzoku, red 4th espada. What do ya say? Let me test your strength."

Vainus looked at the one who just spoke. His silvery grey eyes dull and emotionless. Very well, I shall face you in combat then. Vainus unraveled the chains from his body and let it rest on the ground, loosely holding the handle of his weapon in his hand. Should there be any conditions to this fight, or will one of you others stop us after some point?
Then he released the full force of his reiatsu outwards, the sand at his feet partially liquifying. I do hope my power is satisfactory He was still talking as though no one was there, looking somewhat distant and unfeeling to the situation at hand.

He smirked. Raising his hand once more to explain the rules. "Nothing special. No death strikes. You may release if you want. I for one, will not be releasing. Other than that, come full blast." Cross then rolled his shoulders as he let his reiatsu drips a little bit. Extensions from the reiatsu formed out of his body, branching off like parasites. He took one step towards the man, before sonidoing above him. Fallign straight down he reached out with his right fist, aiming to hit the blade the man was holding, as he fell, the extensions went after the limbs of the man, one ankle and one wrist. If succeeding, Vanius would have to take the punch straight on. If missed, Cross would create a crater in the ground with a dust cloud.

Vainus sonido'd backwards, narrowly avoiding the attack. I guess I will try my best then He raised his weapon upwards, Ouroboros Cero suddenly a black and green dragon dripping with acidic energy burst towards his opponent, appearing to come from somewhere behind Vainus. The blast felt like a cero, but was moving much more quickly and was aimed towards Cross's chest. If it missed this initial impact it will continue to chase Cross.

Cross smirked at the cero like attack coming at him. " So homing stuff huh? Interesting.." Landing on the ground, He threw up a cloud of dust from the Sand underneath him. He Bounced his blade off the ground, throwing it up in the air. He didn't have a extreme plan to go about this, he was just winging it honestly. He needed something quick. Something that does not needs to build. Placing both his hands infront of him he quickly brought a bright light to his palm.s "Devils lighting!" A quick ball of reiatsu shot towards the dragons jaw. It had the speed of a shinigamis byakurai, and the strength of a No charge Cero.(basically the weakest cero. ALmost a bala. Imma let you pick it if slows it down or not.) If it fails Cross would sonido away a few feet from the dragon.

Vainus raised is left hand and did a small looping motion, and as he did the dragon performed a spiral, grazing the ball of energy and causing it to dissipate. Then he pushed his hand quickly towards Cross and clenched his hand into a fist causing the dragon to violently explode in his opponents direction, creating a small wave of acidic reiatsu. Without waiting to see the result Vainus flicked his weapon high into the air. Next attack...
The entire chain of his weapon shattered in the air, the blade attached to the end falling into his outstretched hand. The air where the shards were spread started to glow a dark green with his reiatsu.

Cross sonido'd a few feet away from the dragon. The explosion of acid hit the right horn of His mask. Causing it to crack more. "Doing fine. Just don't like you messing with my horn ya know?" The smirk on his face was pure joy. Somehow since he was gone, Cross had a switch of personality. One That hated fighting was now enjoying it a little. His extensions came back to him as he Let the reiatsu run down to his legs, flashing 3 times as it settles on the limbs. He takes a step foward, Blasting sand behind him as he runs towards Vanius. He wasn't going to use any long range techniques or zanjustsu. He was going for an all out Hakuda. Sonidoing to the left and right occasionally, Once he reached Vanius, he ran around him in circles. Creating 2 after images running the same direction as the sand was spinning into a tornado.

I apologize in advance for this next attack then...Acid Razor Rain. Vainus moved his right hand in a downward slashing motion, and the small fragments of blades flew downwards, as well as droplets of acid, and were mixed into the tornado, likely to start causing small cuts and burns all over his opponent.
Carefully watching as Cross circled him, Vainus then flicked his tail out from under the sand and aimed to slash at Cross's legs, hoping to spread more acid and slow him down. Vainus braced himself for attacks that may be forthcoming
