VOTING RULES
1. In order to vote you must be on the Active Member List
2. In order for any votes to count, you must post what you voted and WHY you made that vote for accountability. This post should be at least 3 sentences long. If you can't talk about why you're making that choice enough to write three measly sentences then you shouldn't be voting.
3. Votes without posts that meet the aforementioned standards don't count.
4. If the legitimate votes ever equal 2/3rds or more of the total active members then the poll is automatically finished and passed/denied. There are two exceptions to this.
-The first ban polls which require 3/4th majority vote to pass and thus must remain open until 3/4ths of the active members have posted.
-The second is during the first week of an activity check. As the number of active members would be in a state of flux, it would be unfair for 3 people to be "active" on the first day of an activity check and push a poll through before anyone else can get on the active list.
