What do you mean? I know that demons aren't, I accidentally posted it, but I meant togabito; besides, there is no demon powers in him. What makes it unapproveable?

The Togabito aren't a playable race right now. If you'd like to change that, you could start a poll o.o But we decided to remove them because there are already enough races to choose from. Their nature makes them more like an event race. I don't mind your people getting power from him through a ritual. But it doesn't make the character part Togabito. He would just have a technique or ability which allows him to draw upon Akairo-jū. I discussed that with you in this thread:

Uh, I think I have my reply in drafts... And well, I think that there is less than 0,01% Togabito blood in the current generations of Xian; like I said, they don't get any boost from that, instead, if they are revealed, all of shinigami would be against them, and most'd be executed. They are hidden villains in the Soul Society, which makes them excelent plot items.

    Personality: Benigane is a laidback, calm, easygoing individual, who likes running away and leaving his paperwork for any subordinate he can find. This makes him appear to be very unserious and lazy, and coupled with the fact that he looks very young for his age, people may be tempted not to respect him. He is however very popular among the girls.
    Whichever the case, Benigane is quite old, and according to himself, desperately needs rest. He doesn't care if the Gotei 13 has older folk around; in his opinion, they enjoy being Captains, and like what they do. Benigane doesn't. In truth, he is a formerly retired Captain, who was compelled by the Captain Commander to return to service after the Captain who had taken his place was discovered to be a Visored and executed. And as soon as anyone is strong enough to take Benigane's place, he is intent on running back to Rukongai and bidding Seireitei farewell.
    Benigane loves quietness, tea and arts, and is also a fan of soccer, although he has no idea which teams are which when a match is going on. Against popular belief, he is very charismatic, and is exceptionally good at rallying people and raising morale even in the darkest hour. Ever an optimist, nothing can dampen the mood of this Shinigami. He has the bad habit of referring to anyone younger than him as 'kid', even if they are Captains.


    Intended Role: Captain of the 5th.

    Zanpakutou: Asagake [Morning Shard]
    A white and steel katana in its sealed state, Asagake is released by the command: Katte! (Prevail!)
    Shikai: On releasing Asagake, Asagake appears as a white nodachi and a glowing banner, connected by a spectral ribbon.
    Asagake's power revolves round the concept of burdens. Benigane can 'increase' or 'reduce' the 'burdens' of up to 3 targets at a time, making them faster or slower, respectively. He can also 'increase' the 'burden' of his arm, making his blows much heavier. Benigane can also speed up or slow down spiritual energy, affecting the speeds of kidou, cero, etc.
    Bankai: Mugen Shogun Asagake [Infinite Shogun Asagake]: On releasing his bankai, Benigane wields two large cleavers, while a giant spectral banner floats over the battlefield. In bankai, everything in a radius of 100 meters except Benigane is burdened. Even kidou and other energy attacks slow down, whether they be from a friend or foe. Only Benigane does not. In bankai, Benigane can still choose to lift people's burdens (up to 10 people now) or afflict them with greater burdens than his bankai has already imposed.

    Benigane is a master of zanjutsu and shunpo. He can use a number of kidou, but it is obvious he would rather use his sword to fight. His reiatsu level has been noted to be very high, going so far as being intimidating even among his fellow Captains. Although Benigane is a very straightforward combatant, he is quite intelligent and can second-guess an opponent easily in combat, due to his high IQ and experience.

    Personality: Norinaga Tsubame is your typical 'to the letter' individual. A perfectionist to the core, Tsubame is noted as being disturbing due to her reticence to show emotions. Tell the most hilarious joke and she will not even crack a smile (she will tell you the joke was rather funny, though). Kill her father, and her hazel eyes will still regard you with that blank expression. Tsubame believes that lack of expression is the greatest form of self-control. Her inclination to detail and photographic memory make her an amazing detective; she peek into a dimly lit room for one second, and tell you everything that was in it.
    The exemplar of order, Tsubame believes that every command must be obeyed without question; she follows this rule herself, and will obey, even if she hates the command. As a result, Tsubame expects unflinching loyalty from her subordinates, and will severely punish anyone who she catches flouting the rules. Her uniform has not a single speck or deviation from the norm, and she has even tailored her zanpakutou to match the whites and blacks of Shinigami gear.
    Tsubame likes strategy games, detective work, reading and editing magazine submissions and watching the rain. Romance in all its forms is lost on her.

    Intended Role: Captain of the 9th

    Zanpakutou: Kanedori [Metal Avian]
    Actually a twin zanpakutou, Kanedori takes the form of two regular katana, black in color with white wrappings. They are released by the command: Tobe! (Fly!)
    Shikai: On releasing Kanedori, the two katana transform into silver Chinese hookswords. Their ability is to create silver trails in the air that will cut an opponent, should they pass through the trails. Tsubame can also manipulate the trails to form metal shields. The trails last for one post after being created. Tsubame can create 5 trails at a time.
    Bankai: Ginten Kanedori [Silver Heaven Kanedori]: In bankai, Tsubame retains her hookswords, but there is a floating silver slab above the entire battlefield. The slab is about 200 meters square. Tsubame can summon copious amounts of silver trails from above to attack her opponent or defend herself. The maximum amount of trails is 20.

    Tsubame excels in zanjutsu and kidou. Her style of fighting is cunning; she hardly ever makes frontal attacks and prefers to fight from a distance, but is good enough with her swords to make people fear her.

    Kireaji is an average-looking guy, with nothing outstanding about his facial features, maybe except his glasses, which shine so much that one cannot note his eye color if staring directly at him. Over his Captain haori, he wears a voluminous lab coat with the 12th's insignia on the back. There is a strange 'mask' attached to the back of his head.


    Personality: Wazamono Kireaji is unsurprisingly strange, being the Captain of the 12th Division. He has two different voices, and seems to converse with himself often. This is made more disturbing when one realizes that the 'mask' on the back of his head is actually another face. But there is no need to fear that Kireaji is a Visored; he is too artificial to have an inner hollow. It's like a modsoul having a hollow.
    Kireaji loves experimenting, and always appears aloof and unfocused, unless he's working on something. He doesn't seem to have time for anything or anyone, except his test subjects and Division subordinates, who he treats like his personal children. There are rumors that he has carried out experiments on all his Division members, whether they were aware of this or not.
    Kireaji is careless when it comes to physical damage, his entire body having been replaced by a very durable metal. Even his human face has only a thin layer of skin, under which is metal. When Kireaji wants to do battle, his head turns a disturbing 180 degrees, so that his more ominous face can gaze on his opponent.
    Kireaji is an opportunist, and will take advantage of any situation without caring much for rules or consequences. While he operates within the statutes of the Gotei 13, he is unruly enough to do his own thing, if he thinks it will benefit him. He is sympathetic to the Visored, because he believes that inner hollows are a great additional power if they can be controlled. Kireaji loves inventing, observing test subjects and learning or doing something new.

    Intended Role: Captain of the 12th

    Zanpakutou: Nokogiri [Saw]
    Unreleased, Nokogiri is a simple, guardless brown kodachi with a straight blade, wrapped in black bandages. Kireaji releases Nokogiri with the command 'Seizon kirikome!' (Cut into the world of existence!)
    Shikai: On releasing Nokogiri, the kodachi transforms into a chainsaw, with 6 test-tube-like containers sticking out of the engine section. When the blade of Nokogiri meets any substance, it draws a little reiatsu from that substance into one of the test tubes. After two posts, Kireaji will be able to make a blast attack that will capitalize on the weakness of the struck object, his zanpakutou having analyzed its properties, as the filled test tube empties. As there are six test tubes, Nokogiri can analyze six subjects at a time. Kireaji may choose to store reiatsu samples in Nokogiri to be tested later in his lab, at which case, Nokogiri will detach the desired test tube for Kireaji to keep.
    Bankai: Gen'ei Seishuku Nokogiri [Illusory Constellation Nokogiri]: In bankai, Nokogiri becomes more elaborate and gets four more test tubes, but there are twelve gigantic spectral-looking but quite corporeal gears hanging in the air and rotating on the battlefield. Their job is simply to limit the mobility of people on the battlefield (because the gears' teeth are quite sharp and capable of mutilating a careless individual), so that Kireaji can cut them with Nokogiri. The attacks made by Nokogiri are much stronger in bankai than in shikai. Of course, Kireaji prefers to fight alone in bankai.

    Kireaji is slow and deliberate in all he does, even in battle. His impervious metal body, gained by repairing his all-but-destroyed body which was damaged by a number of suicidal experiments in his lab which has been structured to withstand mighty explosions, will weather his opponent's attacks, while he overwhelms them with his physical strength and kidou. Kireaji is easily one of the physically strongest people in Soul Society. Also of note is the countless traps and gadgets that Kireaji has installed in his body, which he uses in combat.

    Personality: Tonbo is a gentle, quiet soul, who due to his childhood of being bullied often, chose to put on a tough appearance to dissuade people from picking on him again. To this extent he keeps his dyed mohawk and works out regularly. But it's easy from his usual facial expression that he just wants peace and quiet.
    A very easy person to work with, Tonbo is co-operative and efficient, the last person to give one trouble, should that one be his superior. Tonbo believes in hard work and discipline, and as such is never satisfied with his current level. His competence and versatility make him able to take up most jobs given him, be they field-related or office.
    Do not take Kashiwade Tonbo for granted though. Though he does not like fighting very much, Tonbo possesses a fierce fighting spirit, and has been known to sometimes go berserk on the battlefield, and while he will not attack his colleagues in his 'berserk' mode, nothing will stop him from dying, or killing the object of his rage. The only time Tonbo seems to enjoy a battle is when he is using his zanpakutou to fight. He likes his zanpakutou, rock music, exercise and little animals. He dislikes the 11th (because he considers many of them to be bullies), bullies and hollows.


    Intended Role: Vice-Captain of the 10th.

    Zanpakutou: Yurishingen [Vibration Divine String]
    A blue katana with purple wraps in its sealed state, Yurishingen is released by the command: Nake! (Sing!)
    Shikai: On releasing Yurishingen, the katana transforms to a black and purple electric guitar, although it has no amplifier or loudspeaker connections. It is capable of manipulating sound to create vibrations that can be compressed into balls of compact air bullets about the size of a basketball. He can also release a visible sonic wave that destabilizes the balance of anyone hit by it, and can compress his vibrations to create short-term barriers for defense.
    Bankai: Not yet achieved.

    Tonbo is a straightforward and honorable fighter, using his speed and hakuda in battle. He is also capable of using low-level kidou. When in shikai, to compensate for both hands holding his zanpakutou, Tonbo executes powerful kicks and headbutts.

    Alias: 'Gikage' is actually an alias meaning 'False Shadow'. His true name is unknown to most.

    Age of Appearance: Unknown, as his face is always covered.

    Personality: Gikage is as mysterious as his name. He never speaks, except he is asked a question he deems necessary to answer, and he hardly believes most questions are worth answering. He may also speak when giving commands to his squad, and his voice will come out as a whisper. Almost all other times, he will simply gesticulate. Lurking always in the shadows, watching people with an enigmatic expression that makes one wonder what he is thinking, almost no one knows who he truly is, or where he came from. A very secretive individual, he never seems to be around, but he doesn't need anyone to tell him what is going on; as a matter of fact, he seems to be one of the most informed people in Seireitei.
    Gikage is smart and analytical, preferring to work from shadows and let other people see the effect of his works rather than see him. A core member of the Onmitsukido, Gikage knows what it means to live in the shadows, and maintains strict rules in admitting anyone into his squad. He is difficult to decipher, for while at one moment, he will fight to protect his squadmates, he may suddenly disappear for no apparent reason, leaving them to fend for themselves. Perhaps the only thing known about him is the fact that he is loyal to the Captain Commander.
    Gikage hates white, and only wears the haori because it is a sign of his rank. He has changed every other white item of clothing of the Shinigami uniform to grey.


    Intended Role: Captain of the 2nd.

    Zanpakutou: Ansatsujin [Assassin]  
    A pure black tanto, blade and all, in its sealed state, Ansatsujin is released by the command: Kage ni korose! (Kill in shadow!) Gikage always hides it under his haori until he wants to use it in battle.
    Shikai: On releasing Ansatsujin, the tanto dissipates into a smoky ethereal scarf that billows around Gikage, and he wields a pair of shuko (ninja claws) on his hands. The scarf flows about Gikage's body, making him difficult to see, and is best for close-combat attackers, as they must get within the folds of the scarf, and thus have their vision affected by the scarf. He can also extend the scarf to create a blanket of darkness in a 10 meter radius for short time periods. A person that doesn't need eyesight to fight will find their reiatsu senses confused in the scarf's perimeter.
    Bankai: Yorunaka Ansatsujin [Midnight Ansatsujin]: On releasing, the entire battlefield becomes a little darkened, and Gikage keeps his shuko. That seems to be all, but the true power of this bankai is the ability of Ansatsujin to create illusionary clones that seem to be totally real. Gikage can have at most 10 clones. The clones are visible, audible, and their attacks appear to hit and damage. Should Gikage seal his zanpakutou, one will realize that they are unharmed. However, Gikage's attacks are not false at all, and are capable of causing true damage.

    Gikage is a master of hakuda and shunpo. He loves to get in very close while fighting, and his knowledge of vital organs and pressure points make his attacks, which appear soft, quite capable of taking down an Arrancar even with hierro. Gikage is also a master of kidou, having the uncanny ability to cast by using hand signs, rather than chanting. He has a custom kidou that can transfer him into a pseudo-dimension that is invisible to others. In essence, Gikage cannot attack nor be attacked, but he is totally undetectable when using this kidou. This is the explanation for his absence from his Division; in truth he is present, no one just knows he is there.
