It was brought to my attention that if I want Mizuko to have something changed I need to do it here. I might as well get started.
Item name: It will be Mizukos new Zanpakuto from her spirit Elsa.
Description: Before release it is actually part of the current sword she carries. Elsa has somehow managed to somewhat merge with Selece in that both releases can be brought out from the same blade before release. Upon release the sword is somewhat similar to her sword when unreleased. The main difference is that instead of looking like it's made of metal, it's made of ice. The strength is similar to that of her release with Selece and her water rapier. It looks much like the one that the person is holding in the picture below.

Her new release for Elsa would be "Split the ice apart and free my frozen heart, Elsa."
Effect: It gives Mizukos current attacks more of a colder approach. Any water based attacks she has now would not be at room temperature like they would be if she released under Selece. Instead it would be at a freezing temperature, or as close as once can be without turning it to ice. Her outfit as well would also remain the same. The change comes when she learns her Bankai.

History: As for history, Mizuko went up to the far north pole to learn more about her ice attacks. Something happened during that time. When she returned to Karakura town she could not use her Shikai nor could she talk with Selece. Most of the history is covered in the thread, The Frozen Heart.
