Appearance:
Zero is a very physically fit human male, as he regularly maintained an extensive exercise routine, as combatting hollow on a daily basis requires him to, but also to maintain the facade to make others think he is an ordinary human rather than kept in shape simply because he was a genetically modified to look like he does. More often than not in the morning or at the gym, periodically jogging on treadmills, stationary bikes, and other activities (weight training, swimming, etc). Making him appear as though he kept himself in shape so that his body, The second reason, he must maintain the facade that everybody around him sees as an everyday guy. He is physically structured to have an athletic physique, especially if he needed to chase someone.
Standing at approximately 5'11” with a healthy tan tone that you would expect someone to obtain in a more heated portion of the world, Zero stands tall with his athletic physique. Zero has brown hair and pale blue eyes, and more often than not is identified as having a square, strong jawline. Under his arm on his left side is a long scar, which Zero received as a child. He also has a scar on his right shoulder. Zero is identified as deceivingly handsome with a kind glowing smile.
However, simply saying Zero is just 'well built' and with no flaws physically would be a lie. Zero is suffering from the effects of being a creature made from replicated cells using an imperfect cloning process. Poor Zero at first was born as a perfect human boy, however over the years in the heat Zero's body has begun to suffer from the effects of cellular degeneration, resulting in several mutations in his appearance that have altered his physical appearance. For example, the left side of Zero's mouth has begun to lack a lip, exposing the razor sharp teeth which have begun to grow in place of the old human ones that have fallen out. His skin has begun to crack and become covered in a scar that has slowly been spreading over his face for the past few years. This little degenerative appearance effect has actually been the cause of Zero always wearing a mask of sorts over his mouth and chin.
While Zero's musculature structure has remained the same, Zero's skeletal structure has adopted slight spikes protruding from joints and various focal points in his body, for example, his knuckles have developed crystalline substances that have begun to form small spikes.
Style/Clothing:
Zero is constantly wearing some form of spandex blue biotechnological upper body "Muscle-shirt" that is made from alien fibers and various dense materials. The scientists created the costume using the material from blue alien blankets found underneath the facility B-0 was created in. Martha (the only memorable doctor that died, as she is the one who donated the egg necessary to make B-0, she is his theoretical mother) does this because she realizes that ordinary clothing isn't durable enough for B-0 when he's out there saving lives by using his abilities. Usually his clothes get ripped, shredded, stained, frozen and even burned in the process of ordinary life. The reason Martha uses the material from the blankets to form the suit is because it appears to share the same invulnerability his ice constructs possess.
The blue upper body spandex molds to his muscle structure and covers most of his neck, yet avoiding his hairline and stopping a few centimeters under his chin. Zero has since his awakening abandoned the horrid cape his human creators had given him, and has since only worn the torso piece of his spandex which has had its sleeves removed to allow better breathing and manipulation of moisture particles. Zero is always seen wearing something that almost perfectly resembles the standard Shinigami uniform bottoms that the personnel wear, finding it very comfortable and breathable. Where he acquired it is unknown.
Tattoo's/Scars/Etc:
B-0's genes have resulted in "Bizarrofication", the process at which an artificial human body begins to degrade, although B-0 has managed to halt the process entirely leaving him with various cracked skin marks that make him appear as though he were a corpse.
Personality:
Jin: Pre-programmed Human personality.
Jin is described as a sympathetic, kind, and generous young man with a great sense of justice, making it clear that he is not only reasonable but just as well, even among . Those of whom he meets often question his motives on how and why it is that he has come to be ‘peacemaker’ if you could call it that [please see paragraph four or so on reasoning]. But he is nonetheless reliable and very kind to those he is around. Jin holds equal regard to both Spirits and Humans. He is dedicated to his own cause, the eradication of Hollows who dare try to acquire their “dinner’ by consuming innocent beings. The punishment he carries out is a dire one, as he will shamelessly turn something inside out in order to prevent it from harming anything ever again.At first when not under his alias of “B-Zero”, Jin will appear as a shy and reserved person. As an artificial being, Jin has trouble maintaining and keeping friendship between humans due to feeling disconnected from them all. leaving him with little to speak of, even some spirits avoid him due to his shameless brutalities and violent outbursts towards both the environment and spiritual beings, particularly the ones that dare harm the humans he protects. He usually spends most of his time reading when in his human identity, the particular kind varies from Novels to Manga which have been uploaded into the phone he has ‘borrowed’. He willingly takes blame and punishment from others so that he can be someone who doesn’t hurt people, but rather absorb the torment. However, this lack of assertiveness normally gets him ‘bullied’, if you can call it that.
However, Jin isn’t very gentle. He’s intelligent, though his particular mannerisms, his ‘quirks’, masks his great abilities of deduction and true crude nature, making those he does meet who are older than him question his abilities. Jin has on occasion been known to take very drastic measures in order to solve something problematic, as displayed when he eradicated the abusive husband that Jin had witnessed beating said wife and children. Some of his tactics are a bit questionable, despite the result usually turning out well his methods are somewhat violent and usually result in more damage than what its worth, such as said murder, while other times his methods seem bizarre to those involved, for example freezing a man’s hand to his own as a form of ‘handcuffs’. He is also shown to have a dry sense of humor, and he isn’t above making sarcastic remarks to people, or even making lame puns. Although he tends to be polite, to some.
He also has several quirks, such as preferring to cross his legs meditation style rather than sit normally, claiming that if he sits normally, his comfortability would drop 200% while in a resting position [He sleeps like that.], and holding items by using only a thumb and his middle finger, sometimes complaining that ‘He doesn’t have a fully functional pointer finger’. Rather than playing video games he is often arranging objects in a neat and orderly fashion or simply in a strange creative way like creating a castle out of dominos, or in other ways playing with his food items.
Almost like a normal teenager, Jin is almost always encountered while performing actions that are considered inappropriate or rude in public. These actions/habits include placing his feet on furniture, slouching, chewing with an open mouth, talking with his mouth full, and calling out personal observations that may offend others [Excuse for the observations, Jin is a… Well, he’s Jin. Let him do his thing, even if that thing is being… Well, Zero.]. The ‘rude’ actions and habits are the cause of Jin's naive nature, his obliviousness to certain situations, which somehow works to his benefit; especially when dealing with girls, as he is able to get away with things that would warrant a smack for any of the other male, mainly due to how little he would mean offense.
B-Zero: Beneath the Human mask
But, that was all “Jin”. The human aspect of Zero's mind and body, a personality, a guise that had been drilled into Zero’s head. To explain this, Jin is a ‘Mask’, and Zero, or rather Project B-ZERO, is the real ‘Jin’. An emotionally unstable spiritually aware humanoid who possesses an innate lust for battle; on many occasions he has legitimately attacked anyone with the littlest of reasons. From being called a freak, to the slightest amount of intimidation, or even being mislead hate someone for from Shinigami knows who. It does not matter how or what you do to shake his psychologically diverse mind, just remember that you mess with an artificial superhuman, you get flown to the moon via B-0 Express. He has displayed several personality traits that could dub him as a
B-0 is described as being stern, very disciplined disciplined, responsible, serious and an intelligent, calculating being. Systematically and brutally eliminating Hollow, disarming Shinigami, and sending any other assortment of being into the dirt. Unlike Zero, B-0 is disciplined emotionally, immensely. He excels at masking and compartmentalizing his emotions. He has both a dry and sarcastic sense of humor. One remaining facet of the two personas is how intelligent and calculating in regards to others Zero and B-0 are; as both are quick to take notice of talented individuals that show aptitude in combat, usually challenging them or asking them for help on understanding what exactly he is.
He is immensely talented in the area of subterfuge and deception. He cleverly covered his tracks by providing and preparing several bloody paths away from the actual scene where he would have visibly dismembered a Hollow. To explain his nightly escapes to those of whom are close to him on a relationship level [I.E, friends if he has any], he stages public ruses and distractions that would give him a reason to leave a place in a hurry. B-0 does admit that he does not like lying, nor does he enjoy having his friends in the dark about his nightly pass-times and what he does to the ‘things that go bump’ or ‘bad people’. His skills with deception play into the last time B-0 encountered a Shinigami, as he was able to make it seem as though he was actually in need of assistance when combatting a Hollow. Coincidentally someone of the Sword-spirit wielding variety was nearby and assisted B-0 in fending off the creature before killing it.
Zero and B-0 share the habit of calling other supernatural beings “Birds”. He does not hate the Shinigami, Quincy, Fullbring, Mod Souls, Arrancar, or even fullbring, nor does he hate any assortment of ordinary being, but he does in fact blame them for many things supernatural related. Frequently saying “*BEEP* those birds.”, “Stupid Birds.”, and on one occasion regarding a female “That was a pretty bird.” In regards to those he meets, he will most likely call them some form of bird based on his knowledge and their appearance, what ‘vibe’ they give him. For example, Byakuya would be a Hawk [Majestic, squinty, very smart], however any quincy for example would be referred to as a Potoo [It is the world's most surprised looking bird.] simply because Zero and B-0 find Quincy annoying most of the time, viewing them as very bug-eyed.
Jin and Zero both do not understand that all life is precious, leading for him to disregard it and fail to understand the ramifications of his actions when it comes to his methods of Eradication. Leading for him to become slightly confused when others are upset over the dead, or even when they attack him in response seeking ‘Vengeance’.

Likes:
• Dinosaurs: "Really Zero? Really?" Well, Zero likes dinosaurs. He likes dinosaur exhibits, and jokes about them.
• Dragons: "Those dinosaurs have wings. I want one." Zero is honestly going to start giving people aneurysms from sheer stupidity when it comes to reptiles, dragons, dinosaurs, and so forth.

• Winter: Generally the time of year when it's cold outside.
• Sleep: From time to time he enjoys a good nap once in a while.
• Girls: B-0 displays some degree of emotional ease and 'calm' around girls, likely due to the fact to him they seem either less intimidating. Very much like a child when they see a doctor in a wheel-chair, it makes said doctor more approachable. He is yet to find one he actually finds interesting or wishes to start an actual relationship yet.
• Dark places: Zero's home is literally a cave of ice floating in the middle of the ocean. He LOVES dark places.
Dislikes:
• The beach: "Hey Zee, wanna head to the beac-" "IF YOU FINISH THAT SENTENCE I'LL EAT YOU." Yes, that question and anything related to that hell-hole of sand and salt-water will beckon that response. Zero hates the beach with a burning passion.
• Heat: "I'm dead." Zero's reaction to heat is actually quite strange, he will lay down on the ground and state that he is "dead", believing that the heat is actually in some way causing him to die. He hates heat, hot things, fire.
• Fire: "That heat has been given physical form! KILL IT."
• Summer: He hates it. Mosquito's everywhere, everyone looks like they could use a snow-storm due to the heat, everyone walking around scantily clothed in swimming trunks, short shorts, bikinis. Put some clothes on, hippies!
• Being forced to make ice for people: Zero isn't lazy, what he does is hate making ice for other people who are too lazy or too cheap to go out and get it themselves.
• Fighting: A ton of the time violence isn't necessary.
Ambitions/Dreams/Goals:
• "To protect and serve": "It is what I was created for, to protect all LIVING beings from the other side. Whether it be Shinigami, Hollow, even the Soul-suckers. I will eradicate them to ensure the peace of Humanity." B-0 may be a tad bit overbearing when it comes to his 'duty' of protecting the human race, but he is a hero at the core. So long as there are human lives to protect, he will protect. The human world's safety against whatever evil forces they are unaware of, and even protect them from themselves.
• Living: B-0 doesn't want to die, especially not by degrading into a pile of frozen dust.
• Ridding the world of evil: B-0's sole purpose for existing is the eradication of all 'Evil', anything that can go bump in the night.
Strengths:
• Determination: If and when B-0 sets his mind to something, he will not stop until it has been done. If there is a monster that he wants to kill, then it will be done. No amount of reasons, reasoning skills, or people will stop him from trying to do what his mind is set on any chance he gets.
• Tactical thinking: B-0 is a skilled tactician capable of forming plans at a moments notice. Although, there are times when this personality trait has failed him due to the fact any anticipated movements that someone with powers makes drastically changes whatever plan B-0 has.
• Subterfuge: B-0, from the date of his creation, has accumulated skills in the arts of espionage, lying, manipulation, and faking emotions.
• Intelligent: B-0 has above average intelligence, as his mind is able to process a much larger array of problems and solve things with little to no problem.
Fears & Weaknesses:
• Inhumanity: Whenever B-0 was "born", causing his memories and origins to go into a metaphorical trash can, he was born free of all humanity. The psychological and physical damage that was caused to him made him into something that would be considered a being of pure apathy and duty [All work no fun]. He lacks the usual guidelines for morality, and has a pre-determined set of 'rules' to follow that was programmed into his head. This makes B-0 difficult to work with, and often comparable to a hollow when it comes to brutality, he is simply inhumane by most means. He doesn't know how to be human.
• Stubborn: B-0 is very single-minded, unable to accept or acknowledge any other opinions or ideas. If he is determined to do something, you might as well step out of his way.
• Being Dissected: B-0 harbors a fear for being cut open or exploited for scientific research. Which is what led him to murder his creators for taking him as just another piece of equipment that they could abuse at their leisure. Anyone attempting to do this will likely be greeted with a barrage of ice and snow.

• Fire: Ice doesn't like fire.
• Degrading again: B-0 suffers from a condition that makes his body decay like a corpse over time, only without the nasty smell. His genes are literally so unstable when experiencing the symptoms of "degeneration", he literally begins to cry and choke up blood as his internal organs are failing and the genetic material that once was known as "Blood" is suddenly spit up. He fears that this process may start again, it could result in his demise. His blood type itself, under a microscope, is viewed as something of a 'biomass' of sorts, a material that resembles organic 'blood' but possesses the ability to change.

Fighting Style:
"Interesting. You utilize erratic movements that prevent anyone from predicting them. But you must learn to make use of your intellect in the martial arts. By relying solely upon instinct and reflex, you involuntarily reveal your limitations to your enemy. Question, are you a mad man?"
Zero is a highly unorthodox fighter, as he himself isn’t much of a fighter when it comes to actual combat. Everyone in his laboratory where he was created never got far enough to teach him how to fight, as such he has been taking bits and pieces from all forms of fighting styles he sees and making the rest up on-the-go as he fights his opponents. make him generally unpredictable in a fight and a force to be reckoned with. He fights like a berserker, disregarding his physical safety and safety for others, although that is when he decides to fight someone head on. Any other time he does things in a slightly quieter manner.
While being able to take on opponents he almost always rushes into a battle, leaving much room for his own mistakes to utilize his strengths. His fighting style has no actual ‘counter-offense’, allowing his opponents to exploit this and attack him and counter-attack him. This does not mean Zero will ever let a fight last more than a few seconds. This is to ensure that his victim has no chance of turning the tide of battle in their favor, although usually the battle is in their favor.
When it comes to fighting ordinary humans, he takes a much more peaceful approach rather than going head on “I am going to tear you in half” or “Bam! You’re a glacier!”. Usually when fighting ordinary humans he is utilizes his natural ability, his ‘ice reiatsu’ to lower the body temperatures of his human opponents to the point of them falling asleep or suffering from a minor form of frost-bite. He doesn’t want to harm humans that are fighting him, he simply wishes to disable them and render them immobile for a few moments while he ends the fight. However, there are times when he doesn't have time to prepare his reiatsu or focus it, or when he is challenged with it, he doesn't have time to rely on his strategic thinking, which results in him freezing everything in a two block radius
Zero is also skilled at manipulating situations to hurt people without harming them physically (i.e. setting them up). When is creators started really going after him, Zero’s initial response is making them look inept. Firstly, Zero deceives them and gives them incorrect information regarding the location of Zero or a group of the "Supernaturally adept", which causes them to interrogate an innocent man, woman, and child. He often uses tricks and outwits an opponent by all means until he looks like he's innocent. Eventually driving an enemy mad, to the point of them being enraged. Enemies would follow him and starts to attack him publicly, while Zero feigns helplessness and fear, causing various bystanders to restrain said enemy on the spot. So as far as lying and plotting, he is not above it.
Spiritually Aware: B-0 was physically designed to be able to detect spiritual anomalies in perfect clarity, able to see the world of spirits as well as the one of the living in amazing detail. From the moment he was 'Born' he was able to see the creatures he now hates lurk around.
High-Spec Human: (Can your character interact with spiritual objects? Like touching them? feeling them? speaking with them?)
B-0 has always had a unique view of the world, as well as a unique life-style. He essentially carries with him the inborn ability to see, touch, feel, and speak with the supernatural. The entire cause of his existence was to fight the supernatural after all.
Intervention: (Why can your character see the 'super-natural'? Has there been a Shinigami, always around? hollow around? etc.)
B-0, or "Zero", is an experimental artificial high-spec humanoid that had been designed by a group of mediums and scientists that possessed unusual "Sight" high reiatsu to combat Hollows, demons, Arrancar, and Shinigami on the spiritual plane of existence being that the scientists had not yet had any of the beneficial power that a high-spec human would possess, simply able to see the super-natural, unable to fight back against them. Although they had originally sought out to create a weapon similar to the Zanpakuto the Shinigami would wield, they created a body using DNA or genetic materials that would essentially contain an immense quantity a reiatsu which was both highly radioactive but at the same time physically stable. Using an artificial womb and a donor egg acquired from a human female named "Martha" (one of the scientists), the scientists proceeded to artificially create "The ultimate HUMAN weapon" to combat against the supernatural. This also awakened his unusually powerful ice reiatsu.
Personal Abilities:
Name: Fimbulwinter
Effect:B-0 possesses a powerful ice generation ability which enables him to control moisture in the air and transform it into super hard ice. On at least one occasion, he has even been shown to make it snow, and even cause the temperature to lower extremely. B-0 is an artificial high-spec humanoid with an Ice manipulation reiatsu, the manipulation and control of ice.
Name: Freezing step
Effect: A similar ability to what a Shinigami acquires naturally, "Shunpo" or a Fullbring's Bringer light, a form of ice-Induced High-Speed Movement is, the preliminary action for the next High-Speed Movement. This movement is caused by the updraft or manipulation of frozen moisture particles in the air to propel himself into the air, as well as remain airborne standing on said frozen moisture particles. The particles carry B-0 in a similar manner to make it look like he is using a similar ability to "Bringer Light" that the Fullbring possess. This being said, B-0 can perform an amplified jump by manipulating moisture in the air, or simply the air itself to launch himself up from the concrete. It also allows B-0 the ability to mid-jump while airborne and use moisture in the air to create ice particles to preform another accelerated step. The spiritual energy that is manifested to control ice particles to preform such jumps and high-speed movements is a cyan blue.
The act of which this is preformed is simply controlled unconsciously to some extent, B-0 for example, a pose is used to essentially use this. B-0 raises a fist into the air to charge the jump, energy and ice particles will gather beneath him before launching him into the air as if he were some alien hero preparing to fly, and then flying. He moves fast enough when using "Freezing step" to break the sound barrier. In combat he still uses the freezing step, just not at full speed so he can maintain view of an enemy. He can move "as fast as Shunpo or Sonido". While airborne he can remain airborne by keeping moisture particles in place under his feet, giving him the illusion of temporary levitation.

Ice particles will initially follow him from his original jump-point to keep him airborne for long periods of time before he is forced to land and jump again (Jump and glide)
(Vital note:When jumping, it is apparent that the human world is able to see him when he does this, although they only notice the human boy rocketing through the sky unless they have some form of spiritual awareness. Nonetheless, this is essentially a Super-leap made to appear as if B-0 is flying. Ordinary people can see him too, ordinary ordinary, not just "Ordinary gigai" or some medium or monster in disguise, just not how he's doing it, they assume he's some form of alien or mutant. Another function of the "Freezing step", is causing water to freeze and walk on it.))
General Techniques:
Technique Name: Force of Fimbulwinter
Technique Description: In norse mythology there was a winter storm that lasted three years long during Ragnarok (The Norse apocalypse where the frost giants and Asgard would collide on the mortal world). B-0 has named the technique after Fimbulwinter, it is a freezing aura that inflicts a stun effect. By freezing moisture in the air and manipulating it so it freezes the ground and essentially anyone standing on it in a 15 foot radius around him. B-0 must charge one turn before generating the aura, and there is a two turn waiting period where he must remain on the same ground as his enemy in order to freeze them. After frozen, the enemy will experience burning sensations, to be exact similar to what a human gets when touching dry ice with their bare hands.
To prevent this attack or remove adverse affects use a fire based reiatsu kidou or some form of fire based attack prior to initial charge. To avoid the attack you can also jump.
Technique Effect Chart:

After frozen, the enemy has a 50% chance experience burning sensations, to be exact similar to what a human gets when touching dry ice with their bare hands. The burning sensation lasting two turns.
Opponent is Equal Tier: against an opponent two or more tiers lower than B-0 will have a chance of being stuck in place. Non-NPC's or other characters will likely be frozen for 2 turns. After frozen, the enemy has a 45% chance experience burning sensations, to be exact similar to what a human gets when touching dry ice with their bare hands. The burning sensation lasting two turns.
Opponent is One Tier Higher:against an opponent two or more tiers lower than B-0 will have a chance of being stuck in place. Non-NPC's or other characters will likely be frozen for 2 turns. After frozen, the enemy has a 40% chance experience burning sensations, to be exact similar to what a human gets when touching dry ice with their bare hands. The burning sensation lasting two turns.
Opponent is Two+ Tiers Higher: against an opponent two or more tiers lower than B-0 will have a chance of being stuck in place. Non-NPC's or other characters will likely be frozen for 1 turn. After frozen, the enemy has a 35% chance experience burning sensations, to be exact similar to what a human gets when touching dry ice with their bare hands. The burning sensation lasting one turn.
Technique Name: Ice Box
Technique Description: Zero quickly lifts his arms up over his head after calling freezing and manipulating the moisture around him, and brings his hands back down to the ground. The freezing of moisture around him causes a minor ‘wave’ to occur in his surroundings before a unleashing his first and most effective defensive technique, “Ice Box”. Much like shield, Zero generates a series of walls around him [six to be exact, surrounding all corners] made of ice to defend himself from harmful attacks. The walls last up to 3 posts before melting and sustain a certain level of damage before they are shattered. Obviously someone with an equal to or higher tier using a barrage of attacks or a single brutal attack could reduce the number of attacks the wall can sustain. A particular element such as heat or fire based reiatsu or kidou.
This attack renders Zero temporarily immobile for the duration of the three turns, enabling him to attempt to try and recover temporarily using a later listed technique which is yet to be added.

Technique Name: Roar: Blizzard Blast
Technique Description: Likely Zero's favorite attack to use, an attack that utilizes his voice and his ability to manipulate moisture particles in the air and render it into super-hard ice. Zero will first breath in deeply, gathering oxygen into his lungs before 'releasing' the breath. Through breathing Zero would have gathered moisture and oxygen, and when he exhales in the direction of his enemy, creating a large, exploding ball of ice which damages, and then with the broken shards of ice that are projected pierces the flesh of the opponent. When released the 'exhaling' will have mad it seem as if Zero was actually roaring like a monster, creating a hollow roar which was refracted many time by the countless other Moister particles he had created.
This technique can be performed in two ways: the first, and more "complicated" way involves Zero putting his hands before their mouth, in a pose resembling that of a trumpeter, before releasing, prompting it to be expelled between their fingers. The Ice produced by this version start out as a very thin stream, at very high pressure, enough to be fit between the Zero's fingers, before suddenly enlarging to strike the opponent. The other simpler, and seemingly faster way, simply has the user quickly gathers flames in their mouth and then releases them, with no seeming stance required, producing a much larger burst of ice. Neither way increases or decreased anything such as range, rather just size of the blast with an unchanged damage level.
The exact Range for this attack is roughly three meters [fifteen feet]
This attack can be cancelled out by any Fire-based Kidou or Reiatsu. Or you can dodge, remember that thing with moving your legs and making you go up, down, left, or right? Yeah you can do that.

”I may just be some weak kid to you. Just a human in the path of whatever ‘world domination plan’ you have going on, but i’m not. You see, when I was ”born”, they weaponized me. At a moments notice I can release something that can “Freeze all of creation”.”
Very little are able to feel the immense spiritual pressure that Zero exhumes, passing him off as a minor threat when actually his Ice Reiatsu and aura are immense, having a physical effect on the environment. When Zero was created they made it so that his ability regarding his Ice-based abilities could be ‘weaponized’ in a sense, increasing its destructive power tenfold. This results in the technique you see now, “Frostfire”. Frostfire, despite its name, is purely ice-based, generating a ‘fire’ composed of ice. Very much like a Shikai ability, Zero must utter the sentence “Freeze all of Creation.”. The aura of that is released from Zero is absolutely massive, a wave of cold flames will begin to freeze and turn what it freezes makes whatever it freezes so brittle that it actually breaks down into tiny particles of ice very similar to ashes “disintegrating” everything and anything which Zero waves his arms at, changing it into nothing more than ice particles. While somewhat non-lethal to humans, Zero can cause serious damage through seemingly immediate frostbite, ranging from first to fourth degree depending on the level of an enemy. Very much like some slashing techniques, Zero must wave his arm in a ‘chop’ formation towards an enemy. The distance the wave will reach is approximately five meters. This technique can release three slash waves before deactivating.
This technique can be cancelled out by Fire or simply dodged, as it isn’t simply a random ‘burst’ of energy in all directions going out, it is a very concentrated blast.

Origin
An organization in the american government investigating in the mysterious disappearances and appearances of seemingly unexplained individuals throughout the world would take a slightly darker turn as they realized the forces they were investigating were unable to be explained by any scientific methods. Body after human body would pile up, each one dying of unnatural causes. The autopsy preformed on each body would only signify that each body was mangled, full of what they understood as bio-electricity and what one of the doctors claimed to be "Reriyoku" irradiating everything and contaminating evidence. What they were dealing with was a threat to the human race, supernatural creatures, and people with amazing power fighting one another on a separate plane of existence invisible to the human eye. This organization, dubbed "Er[adicator]" was organized by individuals in higher places in society, the type of men and women that would go far beyond that of the president holding the files and places secret to society. Area 51, aliens, magicians, monsters in the likeness of Frankenstein and Werewolves alike. If there was something that someone could see that could go bump in the night, it was held in that facility. The men and women that went beyond the president, peacekeepers, soldiers, the men and women that pulled strings owuld gather unique individuals from across the states claiming to have or discovered that they had 'magnificent abilities', scientists as well to study them in order to bring a protector to fruition.
Everything and anything that had went on with the organization would lead to one specific mythology surrounding men and women in black robes fighting supernatural forces, creatures wearing bone masks and destroying human souls. While yes, these little mythological upbringings with the men and women of science they were working with were quickly disregarded before they themselves began to see things they couldn't explain as well. The exposure to spiritual pressure emitting from the mediums, the humans who could 'see' was affecting them as well. taking souls to a place similar to a spiritual paradise, or world where everything was theoretically supernatural. When all of the scientists and mediums together reported this a 'National threat' was reported to their leaders, and the people up there believed them.
Together, the conclusion that the scientists came to was to create a weapon capable of destroying and purifying the world of the living, anything related to the Death Gods, the masked creatures, and just about anything else. But the scientists asked themselves, 'but what kind of weapon', and subjects such as 'if the public finds out about this were going to be labeled bio-terrorists!' which would cause quite a stir with the higher ups, leading to the systematic elimination of the project, and the scientists, ending with a bullet in the head when they left the facility and into whatever dark alley they tried to hide in. Martha M. House was placed in charge of the assignment due to her increasing knowledge of biology and the supernatural, she could see things that other could not, making her the perfect specimen to lead the others to the right place. They would need to create something, or someone who would boost human morale and essentially protect them from these invisible monsters. Her attention would turn to american pop culture for answers for ideas, because even the smallest information could bring up some form of answer for the question of what to create.
Martha M. House's particular favorite reading genre would be the ticket to understanding and creating what they needed. What they needed was a living weapon, a "hero" as seen in the comics provided by various publishers in the US and elsewhere. It wouldn't be long before the doctor who would become mother of the project explain that they needed to create a single "Hero", to her colleagues, a beneficial idea and hope that "If the Weapon was seen as a Hero they wouldn't need to hide him." Something that would ensure they get it done without being tied up as loose ends.
Organization Er used the Reiryoku empowered mangled bodies, attempting to preserve the energies as much as possible, testing the mutagenic effects it had upon any human who was exposed. The radioactive components found within the bodies did nothing to adults. They took DNA samples from these bodies, breaking their cells down into a malleable ooze that could be placed within human components that could create a child.
Martha M. House used her last fertile egg to house the DNA inside an artificial womb. It took less than a month for the child to be born, the Reiryoku was very unstable and induced accelerated aging that would speed up the process of which the boy was born. They had to stabilize the child in suspended animation inside liquid nitrogen, also a very unstable chemical agent that had adverse effects upon the child's Reiatsu (as seen now. He's practically a walking blizzard). He had displayed some immunity to the actual freezing effects that the liquid nitrogen could do, as well as pale skin and brown/gray hair similar to the corpse of the man they copied him from. The boy lacked a bellybutton, a common and obvious sign of being a clone.
To the doctors surprise the child still aged within the liquid nitrogen chamber, growing larger at a slower pace than anything they had seen before, they had to move its frozen body into a larger stasis chamber to be observed. Upon reaching the age of 5 (taking ten years to miraculously defy physics in the coldest chemical substance available to man). They gave him a name, "Eradicator: B-Zero", or simply Zero for short as a reference to his ability to survive in sub-zero temperatures, before sending him off to be experimented and dissected... The child would experience pain that would have easily killed a person, if it were any other human on this planet other than the child. He is a special case...
The cold (literally, the place is an ice cube) unforgiving laboratory that created Project B-0 had gone as far as torturing a B-0 before he was even considered an adult. The freezing environment, white walls and bright lights would be blinding to something that had just came out of an artificial womb. They would start testing the effects of negative energy and reiatsu high-spec humans immediately.
When the baby had been delivered the doctors had introduced it to bodies that were mangled by hollows, not just one, but several, the leftover negative energy from the exposure manipulating the child's body into something twisted and degraded, the negative energies conflicting with the reiatsu causing mutagenic effects or something that would make his reiatsu based powers stronger when they manifested as an adult. At the age of three months the baby was seeing Hollows, black robed figures, monsters and things that would go "Bump in the night" causing the infant to cry constantly. The doctors, especially Martha had decided that the infant was to be reintroduced to the same materials full of negative energy as a toddler, then again as a young adult, until the process was repeated so his powers would manifest at an earlier date than they wanted.
When the baby was artificially aged into young childhood they had tricked it into thinking that its mother was "Miss Martha peters", the effects that were caused by negative energy as a toddler were causing updrafts in the boy's physical capabilities as well as physical mutations that would make him have gray-skin and pitch black sclera (the whites of his eyes) with cyan blue pupils that would glow in the dark. The process of which was done as an infant was repeated, doctor Martha would embrace the child in a calming hug before they would begin experimenting again.
~It was then as Martha released the degrading child she had dubbed her son from a warm embrace back into the hands of her fellow scientists to be dissected and experimented on.~ The child screamed, he was only developed to be somewhere around five or six years old. It didn't stop the men and women in surgical scrubs to take the boy against any will he may propose. As far as the nation could digress or discuss, this "Boy" didn't exist on any database around the world. Nobody would even know what they were doing to him. ~Surgeons holding masks and tanks full of various gas, needles and I.V's that would be inserted into his temporal lobe, spinal cord, and major muscle groups before placing his unconscious body onto a metallic table and examination/surgical bed.~
~Hours, days, or even months would pass as doctor after doctor would come to the heavily sedated child to preform acts of science upon "Project B-0".~ What they had placed the boy on was a metallic chair like apparatus, appearing as a very alien torture chair. equipped with an autopsy blade on the side. It would appear as an Alien Torture Device Saw and Torture apparatus and its saw that would cut into the child's sternum. eventually cutting open his chest cavity as drills went into his bones and internal organs to damage and augment, scrape out tissues that could only be from his major organs. To describe the results, the harm done to him by the torture apparatus: Tissue damage in a linear pattern inside his face-cheeks. Damage to his soft palate. Each and every organ excluding the brain had been extracted and put back in after being examined for several hours, somehow keeping the boy alive with alternative devices similar to a portable iron lung, an artificial heart, and so on. Only to repeat the same painful process of removal to place each and every organ back into his body other than the brain and eyes being that they were never removed. ~The surgeons had not used any form of painkillers or something to "knock him out". They had made him watch as they mutilated his body up until his last few breaths when the visions of monsters began. They had used animal tranquilizers to stun and paralyze his body, even when his eyes cried they simply disregarded him as a test tube or lab rat that could be disposed and recreated at any given moment in time~
~The fact that the boy was conscious throughout the whole process, experiencing every little bit of pain that could possibly be inflicted upon him during the process must have driven him mad (as you see in his personality), and the induced emotional stress must have altered his mind as they attempted to gather data from the child's brain, something on a neurological scale that could identify all the things it was seeing as actually going on. Those cold hearted bastards would be the tools that forged an even colder heart that would grow to hate them so much that when the boy was an adult, he would come back kill them all in their sleep. Doing this to a child? Even if he was a genetic copy from a spirit medium. This would be unforgivable if the world outside had found out.~
Days would eventually turn into weeks as the child would become more dangerous even if it was still sedated in a test tube. The temperature of the ooze in the stasis chamber he rested in would eventually reach freezing levels equivalent to liquid nitrogen upon contact with any other human's flesh (the child being immune to the temperature). The doctors were creating a monster and weapon of human flesh forged from the broken remains of a little boy.
Now:
Born as Eradicator: B-Zero, or by his biological mother that had tried give him a name, "Jin. B. House." feeling some form of paternal affection for Zero. Zero would experience a very brutal childhood spent inside that poor laboratory, going from surgery to experiment to experiment to surgery in hopes of finding what made him 'tick' before the Higher-ups gave the order to 'release' Zero into the world at age ten. When he turned 10, he was let loose upon society, men in suits would assign Zero a foster family. Little Zero would be befuddled to find his new family, confused by his new memories yet still aware of the old ones, for the following five years Zero would remain in various home-schools. Jack would enroll his 'son' at the [Couldn't find a good name] high school, along with his new sister Olivia. Zero, who was under the name of Zero, was more or less surprised and slightly freaked out by his new world along with coping how he was to interact with humans around him. Learning to speak normally to otherwise was difficult enough, the second thing was not using his superior physical capabilities and abnormal abilities in public. When foster sister [who he now considered his baby sister] went to the beach, he embarrassed her by chasing the birds as he wasn't exactly sure what they were or how to interact with them.
A noticeable set-off would occur when Zero was involved in preventing a car-crash by stopping a car dead in its tracks by freezing it in place, Jack, his aunt, and Olivia were still at the beach. Using his powers in public this set off a big red light in Jack head, signifying that When a car crashed close by Zero ran to the rescue saving a mother and her child. However a bystander was injured by a car door when it exploded. After that, Jack and his wife decided that it was best for Zero to hide his powers.
The following twelve years Zero remained unchanging, visibly unchanging past the human age of 18. Spending his days watching creatures that went bump in the night run around freely while he was under a metaphorical leash. It was the worst, keeping himself under control and preventing himself from saving people or flying around. It wasn't until Zero noticed Jack had been slightly abusive to his baby sister and "mother". Deciding that if he didn't act, this would continue for days, Zero's primary unconscious programming would activate and he would 'Eradicate' the problem. Afterwards, waking up in a pool of blood, Jin would awake and decide to wash himself off and live a slightly norma life for the following year until the kill order was sent out.

Zero climbed the series of ladders and stairs to his cousin’s apartment, a folded letter in her hand. He had been so busy with trying to come to terms with how things were these last few months, he’d barely spoken to her. Zero didn’t have time to warn her in person, he knew they were already aware of where he was going. His clothing shapeshifted and transformed into a trench and gray hat, a tie and the red X straps underneath his organic clothing. This, instead, was how he would communicate with his cousin safely, a mere letter, it was the only way he would be able to get her out of the city safely. The door at the top of the stairs was cracked open. He called out to Olivia as he entered the darkened room. Multiple men were in tactical vests and masks were rummaging through the drawers frantically. It was the Mercenary team. They turned, startled, and looked at Zero; the hint of a smile crossed Doctor Martha’s face, blood on her lab-coat. She motioned, not at Zero, but at the figure standing in the shadows behind him. The soldier would shut the door violently and attempt to knock Zero to the side, but with no avail.
“What is he made of? Steel?” Groaned the soldier, his hand now aching after hitting what was made of unique structure of his body that promoted durability. There were no actual words shared in between Zero and the woman who sat there. Zero simply stood in silence and stare at the doctor.
“Jin! Oh it’s been so long since you were created in that laboratory, I’m so happy to see you. It’s too bad we are meeting under these circumstances though, we need to relocate you.” Zero would silence the voice of a woman, the one responsible for creating him. Martha. “I don’t know who you are, or why you’re here. But I will kill you if I have to.” Martha would be fearing for her life, Zero didn’t recognize her, but he already hated her. She of all people would know what he was capable of by now. Martha would attempt to offer Zero a peace offering by offering him a suit to put on before they took him away. “Listen, Jinny, son, we need to take you back to the lab to run some tests on you, how about you come along and do this the ea-”. Followed by Zero’s abrupt “No.”
Martha’s eyes grew cold as Zero stood there, rejecting any offer of friendship that could have even remotely kept her own hands from getting dirty on her biological son’s blood. This of Zero had become clear, he had no intention of allowing his biological mother to leave, alive, the window itself would begin to freeze solid right as Martha had began to head towards it. ”Release Power: Frozen walls.” Zero would utter in response. The soldiers moved silently towards Zero as Martha attempted to open the frozen window… It must have been a twenty inch ice wall building up on the other side, as the visibility of the window suddenly began to diminish. Her only way to the fire escapes and the fastest way out of the apartment had been foiled .
“I don’t care who you are. I’m not going back to your lab, get out of my sister’s apartment, or i’m going to turn you into big people-sized ice-sculptures, and drop you from the highest point in the city.” Zero would not cooperate.
Zero’s eyes didn’t need to adjust to the darkness of the room, he had already made out the faint objects that were held by the various mercenaries. They guns, weapons that would slowly pointed at his head, of all the things that were going to try and kill him. Silenced rifles and pistols, laser sights all pointed at his forehead. A moment passed as he tried to make sense of everything, why he was there, why they wanted to kill so many people, why they killed the other doctors. Martha would utter the two words that had been intended to ‘shut him down’ if he would ever become difficult like this. “Snowball.”
It did absolutely nothing, Zero just stood there glaring more intensely than ever. His words were met with the hollow click of rounds being fired from the chambers of the guns. As Zero began to turn he would remove his jacket and charge forth, moisture particles gathering beneath his feet, he would ‘disappear’ momentarily before reappearing behind the doctor, standing on the desk all the while the men there were befuddled. Their guns had disappeared as well.
Staring at the men who slowly backed away at the green-skinned crusader that stood before them, Zero had no intention of killing them but he couldn’t just allow them to work under his ‘mother’ knowing that their actions would lead to the deaths of countless men and women. Martha was all but hiding behind the men that she had brought with her. “Ma’am. I’m not going to harm you, but I am going to make sure you can never harm anyone else again.”
The hollow clicks of the handguns being reloaded were responded with the room itself slowly shaking. Furniture freezing around him, ice forming from the ceiling as Zero’s eyes lit a cyan glow. Then the screaming started, terror itself was being inflicted upon Jack, slowly but surely reducing the once-great scientist’s mind to pieces, mere fragments. Zero would strip the woman of her arms, plucking from him what would be the that would prove to be troublesome. Only leaving behind nubs that had somehow been cauterized by ice.
The soldiers, the mercenaries she had brought were dismantled, frozen solid and dropped from the top of the apartment complex. Zero had gone through with his promise, and proceeded to take the costume Martha had offered him anyways, right before interrogating her. The only word that would come out of the woman's mouth was "Eradicator" over, and over, and over again. Right before she fell over into fetal position out of fear.
