I know I know, the poll is still up and she hasn't been made a mod yet but this is just an analysis. I gave her a simple task by sending her a pm, so she can show us what she's capable of. I did this of my own accord so I'll take responsibility for it as well.

I've asked her to only check whether or not Okami has changed the things Yuki had asked her to. Simple ain't it? I wish to see how detailed she is so we'll know whether or not she has it in her to become a general moderator.

Here's the important one though:
There was like a twenty minutes difference between the two pms, which I find quite impressive. Maybe a bit rushed but still, not bad. I'll be looking at it and will post my analysis of her analysis soon.

Almost forgot to post my analysis of her analysis(I kinda like saying this, it's catchy ya know lol) on here.
I think she was bit less detailed about it but spot on. His techs are op and needed to be reworked. She did read his history, which is a good thing but didn't notice the whole war thing, which isn't that good.
My assessment? She has room for improvement but with time she can be a good mod. So, Yu-chan, I think you should conduct some similar trials. This way she can prepare and will have interest, so we'll slowly make her a capable general staffer.
As for her current position as a mission mod, she will role playing an NPC in Luke's thread. Let's see how she does there to analyze her role playing capabilities. We all are aware of how 'challenging' Luke can be at times, this should be a good experience for her.

So you want to be a general moderator right? How about I assign you a little task and see how you do? I will also be making a thread about it in the staff section(visible only to staff members), so the staff can monitor your progress. In other words, we'll be watching you closely.
Alright, here's what I want you to do. It's not that difficult and neither is it too complex. However, it is what a general moderator does, so we'll know how good you are and will be at it. Or at least we'll have a general feel for it. So your task is [Only admins are allowed to see this link]. Yuki pointed out a few things and Okami has already altered them, you just need to check whether or not he has done that.
Remember, only mods and staff members can post at an app. So you will pm your analysis to me, which I will post in the thread at the staff section. Simple enough, right? If you have any queries, pm me and I will get to them as soon as I'm able.

Firstly I find his Cero and Getsuga Tensho remake to be quite OP to a degree. Mainly due to the fact he should understand that if the RPer doesn't want their character maimed it must be accepted reference to the limbs may be ripped off. He has done the rest from what I can see however he has included becoming a Vizard to a degree in his history or that's what it seems to me. I now conclude saying that everything seems to be in check and his changes made.
