This is supposed to be enforced, but it has been forgotten for a while. Allow me to bring it back. There are way too many inactive staffers for comfort. And now with Epizon gone, everything is pretty much falling to me since I have seen no current staffers really doing their jobs, except maybe an app grading or two.
After we completed training, staffers were required to set a quota for themselves.

Well I am going to introduce a minimum quota that I would like all staff to follow. It is EASY and possibly effortless, but at least shows you are being an active staffer. It would be preferred that you go above and beyond your quota, and fulfill your staff oath, but if you are busy, you should still at least complete this. If not, you may not be quite fit to be on the staff team. We demanded from the beginning that staff are active and do their jobs. But lately I've noticed some of us can't even get on the AML. I perfectly understand everyone has work, school, real life stuff, etc. Though these come up and are to be expected, you should not be staff if you have too much on your shoulders, in my honest opinion.
Thus, anyone who cannot fill their quota for two months should be moved to Inactive Staff. They are removed for the present, but can easily get their position back once they get on the AML. I understand that maybe you can't reach the quota simply because there are not enough apps... or you may be ninja'd. But you should make it obvious that you are trying.
Onto the actual quotas now. I believe that each month, there should be at least one OOC Event going on. This is a primary task for Community Mods and because they need other staff approval before one is posted anyways, you should have at least one going on currently OR one in discussion in the staff section.
Mission Mods vary to who needs an NPC played for training or a VC/3rd Seat/Captain challenge. If there are none currently, you will be excused from your quota. But if one goes unchecked for over a month and your quota has not been filled, then the Mission Mods will be held accountable.
At the very least, there should never be an App waiting for over ten days in the apps area. This include character, technique/spell, and item apps. Everyone will be held accountable for these.
The only one I think will be exempt from quotas is Udarsha, of course.
